Drive-thru - waited about 6 or 7 minutes, then we were given old fries. At least the teen burger was good. Not sure why they're... handing out old fries but cost savings that result in lower quality will cost you customers. I doubt I'll eat there again afterthis visit. But then again, A&W is always hit and miss, no matter which location. Read more

I don?t REALY come to A&W to eat BUT my daughter like let?s try so to be on safe side I?m like onion rings lol nope never had... then kids got there food went to give husband his mozza burger not even in bag we had drive away so I called she got my infowent to pick up tonight I should off took the lost so cold just hole thing was a turn off so if you ever go check your food 1stfries were ok that was best part I think so $32 down the drain Read more

We?ve been at this a&w location pretty often and always happy with food and service. This summer is absolutely different.. Rude... staff (mostly kids), mixed orders and not the best food.. How can you mistake chubby chicken with teen burger? No idea.. Todayour teen burgers didn?t look and taste like it should. When confronted with the staff the girl rudely said ?oh, we don?t havelettuce today? and then expressing our thoughts that such things should be informed prior to ordering she just said ?ok?. Thedining room was usually closed and we had to eat in the car. The young staff do not follow basic health and safety rules. Untilsome changes are made we won?t be visiting this a&w location. We have been coming here for quiet some time. The turn around of staff is very quick. We have had some kind customer service... and we have had some that is really lacking, the last 6 months has been particularly awful. We ordered last, about a week anda half ago, got home and one of the orders was incorrect. So we had to drive back (15 min each way). Shannon was a touch snootyand lacked customer resolution skills. I asked if it was possible to get a refund and she said only the manager can give refundsand there is no manager in. In that moment I felt I understood the turn around of staff. Over worked and under supported bymanagement. I have never seen a manager in. Only ever a cook and a cashier/server and this location can get really busy. Thislocation also does not seem to support coupons, every other location I have been too from Huntsville to Toronto. Althoughdifferent customer orders they will only process one coupon. Further to the review they have again had a turn around of staff.Seems to be flowing better and the experience has been much better again Read more

After to agreeing that due to lack of certain ingredients, my order was going to be modified. This was acceptable. As the bag... was handed over to me, I asked the employee to have extra napkins. He said that there were lots of napkins in the bottom of thebag....I assumed under the food. After driving away I looked for the napkins under the food and found NONE, ZERO, NADAnapkins. This is NOT acceptable....lying tirds of bass! Points for good food only. Read more
