Unbelievably disorganized. The order screen say 5 mins until the order is ready, 30 mins later and still nothing. Staff just... standing around looking confused at what's going on, randomly opening pizza boxes then putting them on a cold shelf untilsomeone thinks to maybe call out the name on the order. Ordered two pizzas with extra sauce for My girlfriend and my nephews and got pizza with no sauce on either and when I called to... complain I was told "they were too busy to deal with my order or complaint." Now i have kids who wont touch their food Extremelydisappointed with the service especially after waiting almost an hour for my pizzas. All they could do was offer me a free small(I ordered two mediums specialty pizzas) to "compensate" for their mistake. Read more
Took 2 hours to get my pizza . Called and they said they delivered it ?. Nope you didn?t . At first she told me she wasn?t going... to deliver me another pizza because I was swearing (been a very long 3 weeks and I was hungry) but I think waiting for 2 hoursfor a pizza is going to frustrate anyone. Then re delivered me a pizza charging me full price after I basically begged for it.Then calls me to apologize saying sorry the driver confirmed he delivered it to wrong spot . I was hoping that would be followby we will give you a credit or anything for making me wait 2 hours for a pizza. Apology is great . But I still paid full pricefor something that took 2 hours and Convincing to get . Just think this could have been handled better. The driver thatredeleivered me a pizza did a A+ Job. Read more
usually like dominos but this time no the last couple delivery's took forever and this time yes it was fast but the pizza wasn't... cooked fully, barely as much pepperoni on it and it wasn't cut fully. I had to cut it myself so it would not rip. neverordering again it has gone downhill the last three orders we have gotten from here. wake up new owners you need to get back upto normal standards. Domino's pizza Orillia, I paid for delivery, asked for text message that did not happen. Driver did not ring doorbell or knock... on the door. There was no indication that the pizza had arrived. No idea how long pizza was here. Pizza is now cold. Pizzaitself is typically very good. Read more
Had my partner call (on speaker phone) the store to ask if there were any deals or specials on. She was told no there where... none. Hard to believe. She then asked what two large pepperoni would cost. We were told approximately $25.00 delivered. Wesaid that was fine but the person on the phone was having trouble taking our information so were passed on to another whomdidn't seem all that impressed with helping us. Got through that, half hour later, pizzas arrive and a near fifty dollar billinfront of us for two pepperoni pizzas. When asked the delivery person answer was they only deliver them not make the bills. All I can say is WOW! Read more
Ordered wings -told me it would be 10mins , 20mins later got dried out burnt wings! Seems like management has changed and the... service and staff are slow and incredibly rude! Hope Dominos HQ reads these reviews and pays attention to who they haveoperating their brand ! Won?t be back! Read more
