What a great place! If you are lucky enough, they'll seat you at a table right in the middle with your wife and kids. This was... great because it allowed us to have a clear view of them seating and serving 3 other tables while still not acknowledging wewere there. Actually, their attention to detail was so in tune, they didn't even notice us get up and leave. Excellent jobladys and gentlemen, it was a pleasant end to our evening. Read more
My daughter and I went for dinner last night and our Server was Cassie S. From the moment we were seated we were greeted with a... knowledgeable and friendly young woman who delivered amazing service from start to finish! We each loved our meals and specialtycocktails as well but it was the service that stuck out for us both. That is twice now that I have visited this location with family that I have had an issue with food quality.. so much so that I... needed to post this experience so that others won’t make the same mistake in coming here. The quality of this place has gonedownhill for some reason as it once was the best East Sides to visit in the area. Twice on two separate visits my Capelletiarrived at my table burnt and black in the middle. Absolutely disgusting that it was even served to us in the first place. Thefirst visit the waitress blamed it on the heat lamp, the second visit no reason was given. Im not sure what happened to thisplace but one could only hope that they get it together. Read more
The appetizer, Calamari Diavolo, was separated and soggy. Cream pasta has soup like water, and Sausage & Peppers Penne has... poor quality and salty sausages. The level of food is too different from store to store. Store appearance and garden managementchart. Read more
My wife and I got our dinner delivered, I got the veal parm and she got the lasagna. Both were excellent. We hadn't ordered for... a few months as the quality and portion sizes were frankly unacceptable. But we tried it again and they nailed it. I'm glad theyhave got back to the level I was used to. We haven't been to ESM for many years so had no real expectations as to what the current menu held. Driving home after a long... weekend up north, stopping for dinner seemed like the best plan. As soon as we stepped through the door, the scent of garlic andspices promised something tasty! We opted for classic calamari, then lasagna and cheese cappelletti (which to me lookslike/tastes like tortellini). The calamari was great - not over-spiced, crispy coating and two sauces for dipping. Yum! Bothentrees come with choice of soup or salad; soup choices are Italian wedding or tomato, and salad choices are classic(reminiscent of Olive Garden) or Caesar. So many choices and all of them good! Portions were generous - we had enough fordinner and still took home half for the next day. All in all, a great meal, great service and great experience.
