We had an amazing breakfast today. Food was perfect and the place is gorgeous. Beautifully decorated. Sadly our server was... terrible. Ignored us for the most part and when she DID grace us with her presence, she was rude. We would definitely eatthere again, but would avoid her like the plague. We felt bad for the other server who hopefully wasn't sharing tips withher. Read more

Tonight my partner and I had a date night; called the day of to book a reservation and experienced excellent service... the lady... on the phone was pleasant and although couldn't book us in a comfy booth she placed us at a cute table in the corner with agreat view of the band. Food was scrumptious, couldn't even finish all on my plate and enjoyed talented live band throughoutdinner. Our server was very nice and even gave us the hotel discount as the location is inside the best Western Orillia. Thelady I spoke with on the phone even took it upon herself to come and greet us, remembered speaking to me on the phone and wantedto make sure the table was okay - excellent guest hospitality skills!
