Feels like they are going out of business, took 5 minutes to be seated. Barely any customers. Staff kept walking by. Finally... seated and asked for our beverages another 10 minutes. Not the best experience at this location, they made there minds up on us when we came in. Kitchen was slow getting our food and... the also mixed up the order and plating of food. The service was not as attentive as it should of been. Had it been busy Icould understand but at the time we were there only one other table was in the place. The manager didn’t seem to really carebut discounted our bill. Would of preferred good service from the start! Read more

So my pregnant fiancé wanted potato skins. When your better half wants something I’m the kind of man to oblige! Normally my... experience with Kelsey’s is nothing to write home about. However this time was amazing and all because of our server Skye!!!!She was absolutely amazing! The meal was good as well but this 5 star review is because of Skye. Although the restaurant wasbusy, we were taken care of and checked on frequently! This experience was so pleasant that we will be going back regularly solong as Skye can be our server. Staff has gone down hill, service is terrible... We waited 15 minutes for a drink order and the place was literally empty. Only... a 2 star because the food was fairly good. We won't rush back. Read more

Kevin was our server. Very nice and efficient. Not impressed with the nachos. Not enough meat and the meat that there was, was... just clumped in spots like they threw it together. Potato skins were good and so was the Caesar salad. Read more

Hello everyone! I with my family have got a perfect lunch time on July,1 ! It was a spontaneous decision to visit some grill bar... in Orillia. We were very surprised, when some places was opened and our happiness was boundless when we got a place on theterrace, our order was taken immediately and the waiting time was minimal! We got there right at 11.00am opening time. The food was so hot and very delicious. We all loved our meals. Our waitress was... awesome. She even played with the baby and had a fun time with her.
