Everytime we order we are always missing something from our bag. Or when we order a bucket a of chicken we aren't getting the... correct pieces. I'm sorry but a chicken doesn't have 4 drums. Or 5 wings. We call and we get told we will get a credit. It neverhappened. We like our KFC chicken. But is it worth the price everytime we go we don't get everything. Read more
Horrible experience. We order two sandwich boxes and they missed some stuff so my bf went in to show them and they screamed at... him saying they put it in and three of the people refused to help and literally yelled at him. The women at cash said to givehim the stuff and they refused once?s again. We eventually got the stuff we payed for that they missed, but we were screamed atand treated horribly. Purchased a 3 piece meal with Diet Pepsi at the drive through window. Employee was scraping her nail with a drink lid. They... didn?t have any salads, my drink cup was only 3/4 filled, no ice, no cutlery in the bag, box wasn?t closed properly fries. Read more
I got a crunchy chicken burger(I forget what it was called???????????) but it was friggin delish. One and only thing(and it's... not a big thing)that I didn't like was that the fries were unsalted and they didn't put salt packets in the bag. ????????????Other then that everything was really good. The chicken was cooked perfectly. And the wait was quick even though there was about5 people ahead of me. The wait was less then 10 minutes which I didn't mind at all. The cost was pretty decent, it was 12something. I would definitely go back here if I was in orillia again. It's in walking distance of the hotel I was staying at tooso that was a bonus. ???? ???? They can be a little hit and miss in the last couple years. Sometimes the food is hot and fresh and service is great but quite... often there can be issues in one department or another between waiting an extra long time for service/food, having items notavailable, messing up orders and the food not being fresh it makes it hard to give them 5 stars. Hopefully they can improve inthese essential categories moving forward because when they are on point they are really great. Read more
Guys. This is not the famous chicken sandwich. This is embarrassing for $9. The Popeyes chicken sandwich is cheaper and... infinitely higher quality than whatever this attempt of a chicken sandwich is. It?s an abomination, and KFC doesn?t need to lookhard to figure out why no one?s talking about this sandwich when the quality control is this bad. this KFC location has dropped in quality dramatically when the second closed down and is renown in my family for being bad, but... I believe that after years of complaints of the quality that it improved in several ways like getting orders right, bettermanager and shorter wait times. I think that if they continue down this path of improvement, it can be a good experience foreveryone. Read more
