Ordered 2 large pizzas with regular crust. Both pizzas arrived with thin crust and were overcooked. I called customer... service, sent them pictures and a copy of my receipt and they agreed the pizza was not right. They had the store make 2 newpizzas, both of which arrived with THIN CRUST and OVERCOOKED. Very disappointing, we'll never order from pizza nova again. Read more

This will be the absolute last time we order from pizza Nova Orillia, which is so upsetting as we used to love the pizza there,... but this is the second time it was absolutely horrible. It is not cooked the way we want, it is cut in the strangest way (1slice will be a sliver, then the next will be as big as 2 slices together) chicken wings came with zero sauce. I am not one towrite reviews, or complain about pizza, because pizza is amazing, and honestly we used to absolutely love their pizza butwhatever has been happening there lately needs to stop because now I am completely turned off from this location and will not beordering again. I used to love ordering from this place. Even though it costs $37 dollars for a small pizza with 4 toppings and 10 wings. ... (That?s for pick-up, $43 if delivered) I ordered my usual and it was complete garbage. The pizza was burnt, the crust tastedday old and they forgot the extra cheese. Rather than take it back and complain, I?m moving on. They have lost a customerindefinitely. Read more
