Terrible place. Customer service is bad and working there is a joke. After being treated like mush that Said they couldn't pay... me because they had no money. After crying and talking to the owner I finally got paid. Then when I quit they accused me ofstealing not 1 but 2 machines. They have cameras everywhere so instead of reviewing cameras they attack the new girl. Never willdeal with this place again Read more
amazing delivery driver. i ordered funnel cake fries two days in a row today (the second day) they call me after i order and say... we don?t have Carmel sauce and i say that?s ok i want my fries and they say ok they?ll be there soon when they arrive thedelivery driver says i made a stop for you guys and he stopped to get us Carmel sauce and an extra ice tea with our fries. I?ve maybe only left 1-2 bad reviews in my life. Just a very awkward pick up experience over all. Ordered online, I can see it... was busy, no problem! I?ve worked in restaurants and try to be understanding. I walked in - wasn?t greeted for a while. Theemployees continued to look at me, finally asked me what I ordered/what I?d like. I told them I ordered online. They never saidanything to inform me of if they needed more time. Sort of odd. Food is always great but customer service not at all where itcould be. Cashier was wonderful and sweet when she got there and even remembered we order often. If this wasn?t a chain I feellike it would unfortunately be a killer for other people as well. They sent Delivery man with a broken debit machine and since I didn't have cash they made the Delivery guy drive all the way... back to my house and honestly the pizza was not worth it. Barley any toppings/cheese very sad how cheap they are for such alarge chain. Would not recommend this pizza pizza to anyone. I know I won't be ordering from there again. Great pizza, whole wheat crust just as I like it. Good customer service and convenient location.
Always a great experience! Have ordered from here many times and delivery continues to be speedy and accurate. I love all the... different topping selections and the simplicity of the entire process. My debit card never seems to be able to be added to tothe app, but that's definitely not this particular restaurants fault. Favourite pizza in town. Read more
