Waited a long time for my order then when I got home the fries were missing. I live 30 minutes away. When I called and spoke... to the manager the only compensation was to get a free fry next time. Very unorganized and badly run. I would not recommend thislocation. Support locally owned restaurants instead. Read more

The cashier girl was very nice to deal with. Chicken was warm, service was fast, so 3 stars for that. Pop machine had no root... beer, no ice tea, ended up with watered down gingerale. Fries were missing but I blame myself for not checking the boxes. Ishould've used a straw to drink the rice/ beans, was half liquid. I was having the worst day ever. Started at 7am, couldn't have a shower, and work was rough. Wound up having to work a 15 hr... shift, and on my way home I stopped here for a late night dinner. Ordered the 5 piece ghost wing, and the person @ front countertold me it was gonna be a 10 minute wait. I said no problem, and 10 mins later I had my 5 piece ghost pepper wings... with anextra wing. I haven't been to Popeye's in forever. Thought I'd try it. So, I ordered a 3 piece white spicy chicken, fries and ice tea. The... breading on the chicken was super hard and one breast was batter on bone, hardly any meat and I paid extra for breasts. Couldn'tbite into it. Asked for hot sauce. Didn't get any sauce. Ordered 3 spicy tenders combo with fries and a coke. The tenders weresuper hard. Couldn't bite into them. As if they sat all day. Or they don't follow the FIFO method. (First in first out).
