Staff are generally nice. But there?s one person who?s been using a lotion or sanitizer that?s just rubbing off on the coffee... lids. It?s pretty scented so it?s kind of ruining the taste of the coffee. Please fix this! Read more
The location is good but you need to put more focus in the rush hours, because you only have 1 lane available in the drive at... that time, inside a lot of Uber delivery waiting and your attendance need more training for this kind of service, put attentionat noon and even between 4 to 6pm. Ordered two harvest wraps and they give us two egg and ham sandwiches, then I had to go back and tell them but they just cut the... egg and ham in half and put it in a warp. No soap in toilet and quite dirty. 330pm on a Monday. Coffee and donuts excellent but service is overloaded..seems to be one... taking the order inside and 6 people making stuff. Pity Tim Hortons doesn't have a coffee express line! So many people leave thequeue who just want coffee. Read more
