LITERALLY THE WORST TIM HORTONS IVE EVER BEEN TO. Timmy's has been slipping for a while but this just confirmed it. They have... inexperienced and poorly trained staff who don't like to ask their coworkers for help. Waited 15 mins inside to order just toget a messy, leaky ice cap and stale doughnuts. The nicest part of the restaurant was the bathroom and that's not saying much.Timmy you need help. Read more
Stop anywhere else. Had to wait in line for over 10 minutes when it wasn?t busy. Employee at the window did not apologize and... when we opened the box of Timbits it was literally 20 honey dipped Timbits. They could have warned us/given us options becausethey had to know all that was left was the trash Timbits no one likes. Read more
Before you leave the drove through just make sure if you got what you ordered and if it isn't burnt. They didn't have white... bread, got it burnet, I had to turn around and wait in line in the drive through again. They were very quick though and gave mea new one. Read more
For such a large beautiful Tim Hortons off a main highway the staff sure are slow. If you are in a rush DO NOT stop here. On... top of getting our order wrong the drive thru took 30 minutes! Need better management for the confused staff at this locationASAP. Read more
