Service is good here and fairly clean. But one practice that is disgusting and I have seen other locations do this also is... using the same gloves when cleaning and putting in dirty water to wipe down surfaces and not change them before handling food???? Read more
It's more a miss than a hit at this location. Sometimes you can go, and get the right staff and get fast service (usually more... so in the am Monday to Friday, inside only). Even the guy that has no personality is pretty fast. The drive thru is taken careof by about 5 younger people, none of which care about being there and care more about catching up with each others lives andhappenings. I've learned to now walk in as the one person at cash is usually faster than the drive thru. Food is average forTim Hortons. The one thing to take away from this review is, don't expect to be in and out quickly. Read more
Doesn?t even deserve 1 star. Ordered strawberry creamy chill and cream of broccoli soup. They don?t have stuff and they simply... replace the food with something else which was not vegetarian without bothering or letting other person know that it contentsbeef in it. Thank god that I have gone through ingredients online before eating. Called their location to inform them that youserved non vegetarian food to a vegetarian guy and they don?t even feel sorry. Terrible location this place will give Tim Hortons a bad name. Bathrooms filthy smelly and no toilet paper. The staff terrible... absolutely no personality. Definitely should not be in the service industry. Waited 5 minutes to be served only one other personin the store. Ordered iced tea gave me some liquid mixed with water awful tasted nothing like iced tea took it back she gave methe same thing after rolling her eyes. Still bad I asked for a bottle of water or anything they had in a bottle. She was goingto sell me water when the guy on the window asked if I wanted bottle iced tea. The washroom my son & I used was clean and in good condition. For some reason the app wouldn't allow me to place an order for... pick-up while my son was going to the washroom, which makes things faster for me, hence removing the star (not sure where theissue was, but it did take away from my experience). Otherwise the staff was quick, efficient, and friendly (even had 2 peopletrying to help me, as it was the first time I paid with the app's barcode which it has an a new feature, so I stood in front ofthe cash after my order was taken instead of moving order to indicate I was waiting for my order to be completed).
