It has always been a subpar experience at best, and an absolute nightmare at worse. Rachel and Rosario are the WORST employees... I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Rachel has been consistently rude and short and I have witnessed her berate staff. Read more
They get orders out so fast they can't get them right. 5th visit, over 10 years, still can't just not put pickles on my burger.... And I always forget. Great if you don't order to your liking, otherwise avoid. The lady's restroom was also appalling, reststops on this trip ahve been way cleaner.
