It has always been a subpar experience at best, and an absolute nightmare at worse. Rachel and Rosario are the WORST employees... I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Rachel has been consistently rude and short and I have witnessed her berate staff. Read more
They get orders out so fast they can't get them right. 5th visit, over 10 years, still can't just not put pickles on my burger.... And I always forget. Great if you don't order to your liking, otherwise avoid. The lady's restroom was also appalling, reststops on this trip ahve been way cleaner. I'd just avoid this Piolet/Wendy's duo if at all possible. I've saved their locationto remind me on future trips to avoid. Read more

This was a horrible experience! As you can see by the pictures, the hamburgers were undercooked ( my family was sick... afterwards), smothered in mayonnaise to the point it leaked through the Wendy's bag! The service was just as bad! The drivethrough employee (young man), was so rude. He was very inpatient when ordering, kept interrupting, " is that all?" Then barelysaid two words when taking my payment or giving me my food. He just looked at me briefly. Even when he forgot part if my order,no apology or eye smile ( since he was wearing a mask) just," oh yeah". This was the worst food and service Wendy's has everprovided, and we will not be going back to that Wendy's. Read more
