DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Ordered from here and when I called, they told me I called the Orland Park location. I looked the... number up again on their own website and dialed in manually. Got the same person and they confirmed the address that I intendedon reaching. I go to pick up the food and the person at the register said my name was in the system but not the order and thatthe order must be at a different location. Absolutely ridiculous after I was given a price and time and everything. I calledthe same number right as I was leaving and they answered right in front of me. first of all we're so glad this location has an entire new staff, a year ago you couldn't get this type of customer service, in... fact there was a pizza size error and they did everything to make sure I left happy. The pizza was fresh, and the chickentenders were amazing. definitely glad I gave this place another chance. don't forget to try the desserts! Read more
Since I can?t give this review a zero, I give it a 1. Such a disappointment. Tonight I ordered a pizza. Upon its arrival, I... noticed something off about the lizza. The cheese was extremely heavy. After taking a bite, the bottom crust fell off. I thoughtthat was odd so I life the pizza and saw two layers of crust that was split in half. I then discovered a doughy texture. It wasundercooked. We called back to inform them of the situation. They said they would make another one and offered delivery. Over anhour passed and no Pizza. We called again and this time recorded an attitude and told they were very busy that maybe we shouldhave picked the pizza up. The pizza finally arrived in a rating of a 4 of 10? I decided to call the Orland Park location where Ireceived exceptional service. Needless to say I will NOT be returning to the Orland Hills location. What a disappointment, I ordered from my work VW of Orland Park just across the street from this establishment as a... recommendation from one of my co-workers. I ordered Grilled Chicken Salad and you guessed right? they forgot to put the CHICKEN.I called in immediately and reported the situation and they offered credit for the missing chicken to put it on my phone and Isaid are you not going to give me credit for the whole order? and she said no because if I do ?they will take it out from mypaycheck?. Additionally to this issue with the missing chicken, the salad quality of the greens looked fine and fresh on topbut underneath it was terrible. Bad, bad experience with this Italian pizzeria. Absolutely love this location & staff? they are beyond compensating & nice and will go above & beyond if there?s a legitimate... issue.
