Thank u again for most amazing birthday dinner for my boy !! He was so happy I got the ribs ( owners recommendation and the... cannolis they were gone in a second LOL) U guys truly are the best . The owner is absolutely an amazing human being the food istop-notch I didn't get to review when they catered my lil son's birthday party which their catering my older sons birthdayparty in a few weeks ! We were excited to try a different type of pizza? the double dough pizza. It has a slightly crisp crust and bottom, and very... soft ?insides.? It was good, but not my favorite. I?m also assuming the pizza was sitting there ready, and they just warm it upfor us to eat, so I?d assume that would contribute to the quality of our slices. I ordered multiple pizzas and sides for a family party. The owner personally called to confirm the order the day of and my order... was fresh/ready at the time of pickup. Delicious, perfectly cooked tavern style thin crust Chicago pizzas and the kids lovedthe breadsticks and chicken fingers. Also noticed they are certified Halal. Very friendly owner. Pizza is great and the sandwiches were okay. Their chicken and beef is halal - that?s a big plus!
So i grabbed a couple slices here, They were like 5$, and I am like dang kinda high until i saw them. 2 slices were put in box... places put a small/medium pizza in. Lets be real, Mokena area pizza is an absolute joke, but this place is on point! Has a goodsauce to cheese ratio. The real star of this place is the crust! It's dense and soft inside and the outside is light and crispy.These slices are double dough so i cannot speak to the thin crust as of yet. I'm looking forward to ordering up a fresh pie fromthese guys. Since this is pizza, it's like religion, Nancys/beggars/Aurelios/Joeys are all garbage to me. That should help youjudge this place. We visited from Utah for business and leisure. Steve took great care of us. It?s hard to find good pizza in Utah, so of course... the first meal we wanted in Chicago was pizza. Thin crust pizza was good. Combo beef and sausage was good. Can't wait to try stuffed or deep dish pizza
