I just had the most amazing experience here at Barnes & Noble & it?s all due to 2 amazingly incredible associates that gave me... stellar service!! Coming into the store an associate by the name of Nikki not only anticipated my needs but, when above & beyondthe call of duty!! I?m thrilled that she discerned I needed a particular help, she didn?t point me in the direction of the bookI was looking for which she could have being that she was very busy already & very kind however, she paused what she was doingguiding me up the stairs to search further for a book that showed they had 1 copy in store. After searching the shelvesdiligently to no success, she then asked me if I mind if she went to the back to search further otherwise, she?d be happy toorder it & it come to my front door! Upon return she did escort me to the desk where we made the order. During that process Ifound something in store that I?m so excited to try called,?The Miracle Ball Method,? by Elaine Petrone!! I can?t wait to trythis & read the book! The book I ordered came highly recommended,?Longevity Paradox!!? by Dr. Gundry!! Anyway, going down to thecash wrap so that I could finish the process of placing my order for ?Longevity Paradox,? a beautifully,kind professional withthe best smile on her face by the name of Kamaria was so amazing to me at the cash wrap she even got me to become a Barnes &Noble member!! To the which, I?m so thrilled! Thank you so much Kamaria!! She really made my day! So patient & nice. Thank youBarnes & Noble for hiring splendid professionals as this was my very first time in this store in particular & now because ofNikki & Kamaria, I am not only a member I will be retuning as they both welcomed my return! Very inclusive selections and customer service was excellent ???????? Even tho it was very busy the cashier worked fast and... there's a beautiful selection of books, crafts and toys for kids which was unexpected! Don't forget to visit Starbucks upstairsbefore you leave ???? Read more

Store was sorted out well and clean, plenty of staff around to help if you need it. Store has two levels connected by... escalators inside the store. The cafe is upstairs. Kids section is downstairs. Read more
This location of Barnes&Noble is a bit far from where we live, we stopped by to check their new nonfiction selection. A few... employees stopped and ask me if I need help which is very nice. The place is quiet and peaceful. I always like to get my bookn stick around for a cup of coffee to read first few chapters . I think I like most about this place that it wasn't very busyand quiet unlike the Barnes&noble in Plainfield. I might drive extra 15 minutes to stick with this store . Read more
I've been visiting this Barnes and Nobles since around the early 2000s and I'm sad to say that these days the store is looking... more and more sparse. They still have a large selection of books and media, but there are small changes which show the decreasein inventory. Also, finally after YEARS they've fixed the escalator!!!
