This establishment is very rude and disrespectful to it’s patrons. I spoke with the manager Jennifer to explain that the... chicken was very rubbery. But I never got the opportunity as she was very curt and rude. I hadn’t even spoken a wordunfortunately before she verbally assaulted me. She accused me of desiring a free meal. And I simply wanted a nice meal afterworking a 12 hour shift serving others. She rolled her eyes forcefully trashing the food without hearing why I dislike therubbery chicken. Then she accused me of wanting a free meal as I sat in my scrubs after a hard day of work. She forcibly trashedthe food then she insulted me. She treated me like I was beneath her. I had not even said a full sentence. I understood that Iwas not welcomed as a patron here as she walked off before I finished explaining. As hurtful as this encounter was, I realizedwhere I am unwelcome. I want to thank her for trying to show me my place. I don’t get the option to treat people like dirt asa registered nurse, but even if I could, I would never. Everyone deserves to be treated like a person. Unfortunately tonight Iwasn’t. Read more

Pizza great but unfortunately ordered fried calamari and I'm sorry to say it has to be one of the worst plates prepared at the... Orland park location and when I tried to get either plate replaced or a refund Ben the manager said it would be like 2 hrsbefore i can get my food or get half refund cause according to him it looked like it did have a few calamari pieces in therethat they usually put per plate not caring that I just told him that it's very salty but most of it is breading chunks with nocalamari inside lol. I have lived in Orland Park for a long time and was one of the first customers at this location.... they have never been... better... their pizza is amazing! Ambiance is wonderful. Great place to catch a game or sit out side by the fire pit. Menu issolid for an Italian place. Nice take out liquor selection as well. You will not be disappointed. Read more

Tonight I ordered a pizza from the ORLAND HILLS location. Not only was the pizza awful, but so was the manager. In receiving a... disastrous pizza and poor customer service, I reached out to the Orland Park location. Let me tell you what a difference! Mikethe managers was kind, understanding and responsive. Within the hour I had a hot fresh pizza that exceeding all my expectations!Thank you Mike and your wonderful staff for turning this teacher’s challenging day around! If I could give negative stars I would. Twice now ordering from this place and the female staff they have working at this... location are so unprofessional and rude!!! My first order I ordered a side of Fettuccine Alfredo I get it and there’s no saucenot a splash nothing. I call and speak with a manager who credited for my next order. Ok thanks. So decided to try again and usemy credit this time around call and no credit or anything for my name or number so have to speak with another manager. Food isso bland no seasoning very small skimpy portions. Will never waste my money here again!!!! Read more
