The young lady behind the counter did an excellent job handling orders at the counter and the drive-thru by herself! The wait... time was reasonable and she was very pleasant, greeting everyone who entered the store and letting them know she would be withthem ASAP. Kudos to the cook as well! Read more
Stopped by at about 5pm today, there was a significant wait, but the whole time you could see there were only two people working... and they were doing their absolute best with the huge rush of customers they had. They were literally running trying to geteverything done. The man at the window was incredibly apologetic for the wait even though you could see they were understaffedand it was in no way their fault. Order was still fresh and accurate, staff was friendly. Ordered 2 "Have it your way" SW bacon whopper jr. meals, When I got home, I didn't get my 2 4-piece chicken nuggets. I tried... calling the restaurant 3 times, but was not able to get through. I know it was an honest mistake, but It wasn't even a specialorder I spent $20 it wasn't busy. I was the only one in the drive-thru. Read more
My order was missing some items. It happened more often. Please always check your bags before you leave so you don't have to... come back. At least they were nice to give the rest of my order. Read more
I like this location just because of the manager Nadeen, well I think he is the manager if he is not something is wrong there.... Every time I go there he is there... it's freaking unbelievable. He is so great that I tried to steal him to my business, but heis actually very happy there, sucks for me because he is great.
