Went for some Coffee and Halloween donuts, donuts good coffee was absolutely horrible, tasted like bottom barrel sludge, was... surprised. Had to toss. Seems hit and miss lately. Consistency is out with the good old days. Read more
Every Dunkin' seems to be short-staffed lately and I wanted to applaud the current employees at this location for always keeping... a positive attitude and ensuring customer satisfaction! I always order ahead on the app, and they have never messed up my order.The wait-times can be long some days, but this is the case at every Dunkin' location I have been to as of late. The food is great! I've never once ordered and had bad food, but every time I ordered they forgot something or didn't get my... order right. I would give them 5 stars if they actually took the extra few seconds to repeat the order back and confirmeverything at time of leaving. This is by far the most frustrating thing at this establishment. If you place a large order, youMUST go through it. They will forget your extras and this small issue needs to be resolved asap! I will change this to 5 starsonce I can order and leave confidently with my complete order. I know you guys can do it!! Read more
Would give this place five stars but poor management is the reason. Should never have one person working at 5pm during happy... hour. The employees deserve better and are being overworked. Shoutout to Jonathon who was running the place by himself duringhappy hour. Management, you need to do better. Read more
Everything I ordered was great. Just had an issue with the persons great listening skills. I asked a question 5 times before I... got my answer. The ice coffee I had was perfectly blended. Usually you taste too much added sugar but said person is really goodat her job! Really good at making ice coffee! Read more
I wish I could give zero stars for service. The cashier manager botched a simple order, and I don't understand how she repeated... the order back . Then I get the wrong order, and I tell them the order is incorrect but they don't know how to fix the issueummmmmm remake Duh. Read more
