I brought my six and three year old here on a Thursday about 6pm and it wasn't crowded. The facility was very clean as well as... the bathrooms. The pizza wasn't the greatest and the boneless wings tasted better than the bone in wings. You have to buy bottledrinks out the machines for $3 each except on Fridays you can purchase pitchers. We celebrated my son's 9th birthday on a Friday at Gizmo's fun factory. We paid $89.99 for 3 hours of unlimited rides and each... for a 20 points arcade game token. Also comes with a large 1 topping pizza and a large pitcher of soda. They have mini lasertag, mini go karts, zip line and arcade. There is a smaller section for younger kids to climb. My 9 years old had a blast. Wealso ordered wings and fries and I must say, I was surprised at how delicious the food was at a kids place. Staff was so niceand friendly. They might be young like high schoolers but they were nice and helped my kid on rock climbing. I highlyrecommended Gizmo if you want a place to go on a Friday night to have some fun with your kids. So all the recent reviews are accurate. This place is a mess. Had my child?s birthday party here and this place is terrible.... Hang on if you can. They lost my initial contract signature even though they called to confirm. Besides watching you like a hawkto tell you what you can?t do (don?t you DARE hang up a balloon), they don?t do much else. They?re not prepared at all for yourparty nor do they help with anything besides bring in cold pizza and melting ice cream. You can barely decorate and definitelynothing on the walls when there are clear signs of it. The lady said the tape marks on the wall were from chairs?..5ft up thewall. They stated they gave all wrist bands and cards to me but in order for you to get the cards and wristbands you had to handin waivers. I gave them some initially and came back for the others later. After telling me I was wrong and I had everything, Iasked them to count the waivers in front of me. Guess what? They had missing waivers. So they supplied me with the rest of whatwas owed. They told us we couldn?t go down and use cards for the first hour which leaves you with 2hrs of use not a full 3.Management was no help. Everyone else from the eating area employees to the obstacle course, the bumper rides, and front deskwere very pleasant. Before I booked I was told all gaming machines were operational. I booked a week out. Games were notworking, vending machines not working, floors haven?t been cleaned in god knows how long, bathrooms dirty and not serviced, andeverything else falling apart. This place was tons of fun! Brought our 5 and 3 y/o here and we spent about 100-125 with food for about 4 hours. The kids played... in the big 3 story gym thing that has tubs and slides and what not. The bumper cars were pretty fun, and they both were able togo (40inches). They also have go carts that you have to be over 54 to drive, however they just needed to be taller than 40" inorder.to drive passenger. The climbing wall and the zip line thing looked awesome but they were too small. Plenty of arcadegames and they took 2 credits to play each credit was 50¢ so it was a dollar per play which isnt bad compared to some of thearcades ive seen. Cant wait to return to this place! OMFG ! You have to take your toddler to this wonderful place to enjoy the toddler bouncer area! After bout an hour my... granddaughter wanted to enjoy the other side of bouncer and slide ! I even took a climb on the zip line and rode the bumper cartrack ! This place is enriching with tons of fun and great food and great dining area ! Please experience this place with yourfamily ! Came to Gizmos today with my 5 year old for some mom and son time. Luckily the tunnels stole the show because a number of their... games were out of order. However, with our ultimate wrist band, we did get to enjoy other available attractions. Overall, it's anice facility. (Games pictured with red card swipe were all out of order.) Read more
