Never heard of this place before, visiting family for a funeral and they told me this food chain was good so I tried it. Worst... customer service ever I was ordering food for my husband first and then tried to order mine. The cashier (an older man whowouldn't even give his name) which claimed to be the Manger told me "Hurry up because there is a girl behind you" and then hejust kept rushing me. I didn't even order food for myself, I just bought the food for my husband and left because he was sorude. I don't even see why there would even be somebody so rude in a manager position. I?m not sure why this place has negative reviews. I?ve been here at least 20 times, and I absolutely love their philly cheese... steaks! My family loves the steak and the chicken ones. I always get steak. It can be pricey if you add fries and a drink, but Iusually skip those items. The sandwiches are worth the price to me, the steak is always tender and seasoned perfectly. I?venever had any issues with the customer service. The only negatives for me is the fact that they?re 40 minutes away =( Read more
I don't know why theres so many bad reviews! I thought this place was pretty great. Docked one star for the price of food, but... as for the taste and quality it was excellent. I got the chicken teriyaki sandwich with fries and a drink. The sandwich wassuper flavorful and good quality chicken and the fries were piping hot and super crispy. My girlfriend got the same sandwich butwith king fries and also super piping hot and the cheese chives and sour cream was very good. Will come back for sure wheneverat the mall again. Read more
