I would rate zero stars if I could. The cashier in the drive-through took my order wrong on The morning of 10-1-22. She charged... me for two sandwiches when I only ordered one. I waited for my order in the drive-through for over 10 minutes. I went inside tosee what was going on and the lady that was at the pick up counter told me the order went out already and I said no it didn?tbecause I didn?t receive it if you must?ve gave it to whoever operates it?s methe wrong car. After a couple minutes I got myfood and I realized she gave me the wrong sandwiches. She told me they were right and I said no as I showed her the receipt shefixed the mistake. Fries are always (always) stale, thin, dry, hard yet not crunchy, soft in an unpalatable way, yet also dry as heck. It?s the... worst feeling when eating fries. And you get that all the time. Fries lovers will get depressed eating the things they callfries at this place. Horrible. Repeated order on intercom twice. Repeated to employee in the first window at least 4 times. Went to 2nd window, drink... was incorrect. Told them. Shes like thats what you were charged for. Im like I didnt order, just kept repeating. 2nd employee atthat window saying the same thing. Go to 3nd window for food. After waiting a long time, manager goes to give me incorrect food.At this point extremely frustrated, told them to give me a refund. Give card, even that takes forever. When I get receipt forrefund, its incorrect amount. Less than what I was charged. Hes like I can give you a large drink. 4 employees, two of them wererude but all 4 got it incorrect. Diana was such a huge help and I?m always going to remember her kindness. I accidentally placed a mobile order for breakfast and... got to the store too late to from traffic and I was very confused and not understanding the cut off and she was so sweet andexplained it to me and when I had a breakdown because of how rough these last couple weeks have been she gave me my food and anice coffee was such a sweet and sincere attitude and comforted me while I was crying during my break down. I just recently lostmy grandfather and got some bad news with School so her act of kindness does not go unnoticed thank you again so much . Read more
This should deserve 0 stars if I could.. But it won?t let me. I don?t think anything good comes out of this place.. Why is it so... hard to follow directions, make a simple meals, and good jolly, why doesn?t any one smile anymore?!? This was my ?dinner?Saturday night. I ordered the McDouble bundle.. The fries were over cooked and hard.. And why does my ?burger? have holes init?! Something happened to this ?burger? before it was wrapped and put in the bag and handed off to me!! I was so hungry thatnite. I didn?t feel like cooking because my son was in over sensory load!! Like cmon?! What did I do to deserve this?! It's McDonald's. Lol. Not as cheap as it once was. The prices are around the same as a better restaurant burger. Just saying
