Visited this location yesterday for lunch w/my parents. My mom goes there also for a loaf of their amazing tomato basil bread.... She ordered a loaf when we we're ordering our lunch, but the cashier saw that they were all out. After the meal, I went up tothank the manager Jenn and tell her we enjoyed our lunches, but we would have to come back for a loaf of that tomato basilbread. She said, I'm going to check in back I don't think we're out. Would you know, she came up with a fresh loaf for us! Wealways have a great experience at Panera. Can't wait to return. Fast service, mediocre food. So expensive for even just 2 people for a quick dinner when you don't want to cook.... Sandwiches/paninis/whatever they want to call them keep disappearing from their menu to be replaced with expensive boring stuff.Their salads are tasty but pricy. Pasta dishes are so plain and so expensive for like 6 bites. Carryout bagels and stuff arestill delicious. Convenient to order ahead for pickup, and this location is usually pretty clean! Read more
I love Panera! They are a bit pricey but the food is usually fresh & very tasty!! I love the fresh bread & awesome ingredients... in their food, and cannot go without getting the green tea! Restaurant is always clean and staff friendly & helpful. Today Ihad the turkey & avocado BLT. Very good but the single sliver (yes - sliver) of avocado was was extremely green, as in notripe. It was crunchy & tasteless & I actually removed it from my sandwich. This is the ONLY reason for 4 stars! Everythingelse was very good & am now a H U G E fan of the chocolate chunk cookie!!! First time there. Love it! The soup was delightful and the people working there had an excellent costumer service actitude.
The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars are the Sandwich prices. Food is phenomenal. Spicy Asian chicken salad is... outstanding. Italian sandwich is as good as it gets. Price wood be perfect if the Sandwiches were slightly larger. Read more
Clean with a very friendly staff. When asking questions about the menu employees were very quick to explain items and offer... suggestions. I purchased a tuna sandwich on tomato basil bread with spicy mustard with 2 pickles, this location charged me a dollar extra... from what I usually pay which is about $7.44 and gave me no receipt for my purchase. When I received my order the paper bag thatit was in was wrinkled and my food was not handed to me with care, just thrown on the counter. They also forgot my extra pickle.Not good customer service at all. Read more
