Used outdoor seating. Had the apple walnut salad and a sandwich called ?the wreck?. Both were well made with lots of good... ingredients (you have choice over most) Bread was fresh, toasted and delicious. Potbellys is our favorite quick bite. The tables on this location haven?t been cleaned in a long long time. Use some napkins as... table cloth. The stickyness on the table will keep the napkins flat. Read more
I love Potbelly, but their new Gyro flat is a big fail. I don't know what corporate was thinking with this one..you are not... meant for spontaneous ideas like having a gyro in your stores ????. It's like McDonald's having a shawarma..the problem is youcan get gyros from many places and for less, with fries. Potbelly's Gyro is $10 and with no sides. What a joke.. Read more
I wish I could give half a star. Every time I order online, they get my order wrong. Recently I ordered three sandwiches, one... ham on whole wheat and two other turkey sandwiches one whole wheat and one on white. I get my sandwiches and the ham is on whiteand the turkeys are whole wheat when CLEARLY ON THE PRINT OUT, the turkey should have been on white bread. Also, another time Iordered a sandwich with turkey and avocado which is extra and I get home and my sandwich just has ham and cheese and I paidextra. I?m sorry but this has been the most horrible potbelly I?ve been too. Like you?d think they can read the print out of theonline order correctly. Its not like there is an error in hearing the order. Ordered their chicken club and roast beef club and they both came with spicy sauce and jalapeños which were not ordered or... listed on the menu. 1) if I wanted something spicy I would have ordered it that way and 2) this is dangerous for anybody withfood allergies or gastric issues. On Saturday 4/30 afternoon my wife and I decided to have a sandwich, only 3 young ladies were in front of us when one of the two... employees ( the guy ) yells out to us ?to prepare to wait up to 30 minutes to get your food?. No apologies, no explanations? Howcan 2 employees take 30 minutes to serve 5 people? His attitude and the tone of his voice made us feel uncomfortable and highlydisappointed. Well, I?ve ordered a sandwich with a lot of added ingredients, all I got is a sandwich with no additional ingredients slapped... meat with cheese, mushrooms and no answer or call back when calling for 30+ minutes. Food is good. It could have been better. They were a little heavy handed on the mayo. It was dripping out all over and it was... watery. I do question cleanliness. I have never seen anyone cleaning the tables, in any of the potbelly's, I've been at. It wascold inside and felt like the air conditioner was on. Read more
