I like how fast they can make my coffee when I order ahead. I don?t have to wait an extra 10 minutes for my drink, like other... places. What I haven?t been liking is that I have to ask for a straw while they are busy. There are no straws by the napkincounter or close by to grab for my cold coffee. I also customize my drinks to my pleasure. And it seems they don?t care for thepreference of my order. Even though I have to pay extra for a different milk substitute I can tell the difference between oatmilk and regular milk.. lately it?s been regular milk and has upset my stomach.. the extra crunch on top of my coffee hasn?tbeen there. Why even have that option if they cant accommodate it. I only stop here, because it?s on my way to PT. Read more
I normally have a great experience at this Starbucks, but this morning, not so much. I ordered a tall dragon drink with a warmed... butter croissant, and as I was drinking on the way to school, a piece of a plastic wrapper came up the straw. Had to throw outthe drink because it just grossed me out. Very dissatisfied with my service today. Read more
Usually my go-to. This morning I ordered later than normal and so I know that I put them in a pickle, but the lady at the window... was super rude. I'm a nurse and no matter what a patient says or does or how rude they are, I have to be kind and friendly andprovide great customer service. I sort of expect the same as Starbucks for my very overpriced coffee. She could have asked me togo around. I've been asked to park before but when I asked if I should today she said it wasn't allowed so that's strange.Either way, super rude! Read more

The most friendly staff. On holidays, they are BUSY. But that is expected.. All other days they move customers and give above... and beyond service. Sometimes I go without knowing what I want and they always give great recommendations. I understand allthese tik tok trends and such can get annoying, but they never get mad when I ask them to make a drink and I love that. Greatexperience. I willingly spend my money here. Coffee lover! Really nice coffee place to go sit down with friends and family. Also really nice and chill to study for school or... read a book! Coffee and bakery is really good, just a little pricey, but still a very nice environment! My favorite thing toorder here is a cinnamon dolce latte with oat milk! Read more
Came in on time to pick up a mobile order that had a wait time of 10 minutes but I did not see it ready. I went to the counter... and asked about it and the older lady at the counter said ?those orders take about a half hour? and completely disregarded thatit was supposed to be ready and did not even follow up on the order that was supposed to be ready at this time. I stood therewaiting about 5-10 more minutes until she then decided to check on it. I found this service to be extremely rude, especially Icame in at the time it was supposed to be ready. I should not have to stand and wait 20 more minutes or I might as well noteven place a mobile order here. If wait times need to be adjusted, that should be done in the app so people don?t have to standaround and wait when there order is not ready at the time it says. I did not appreciate this attitude or service. Read more
