The worst Subway I ever been too. The customer service is horrible. The guy working there acted like I?m doing him a favor. They... guy was ignorant and rude. They don?t care about there customers. This store does not honor multiple Subway coupons or multiple Subway promos , but wants to use the Subway brand name. I get that... each Subway restaurant is independently owned and one of the cheapest restaurants to franchise. But don?t tell me a valid Subwaypromo is not valid just in your Subway restaurant. This is the absolute worst Subway ever. The husband and wife are rude. When my kids only get meat and two veggies, one would... think I would not have to repeatedly ask for extra pickles and banana peppers. I will drive to Lemont, they are the best! Read more
I?ve went to this subway 3 times now and every time it?s absolutely horrible. Today the meat looks like it was sitting out for a... day and when i asked for lettuce he gave me a pinch. I had to ask him 3 times and still it was literally 8 pieces on mysandwich. These guys are cheap and want to save money by giving you less. Didn?t even eat the sandwich past the first bite. I came to this location a 2nd time within weeks thinking surely my first dining experience there was just an off day for the... couple behind the counter. It wasn?t. Apparently this is their permanent demeanor. Talk about rude. I gave the man my order, hedidn?t ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted, he did it anyway, & when it came to the vegetables?? He kept yelling ?and?? ?and???and?? AND? Talk about stingy! I repeatedly had to say ?more,? & he?d plop down 2 black olives.I carried my order out only tofind no napkins were included.
