Very disappointed with the meal. I ordered carry out and everything was cold when I received it. Part of my meal was missing.... Tenders were hard as a brick. I called to explain the issue, staff was unprofessional. Manager, Brittany, was veryunprofessional and didn't offer to fix my order. She hung up the phone while I was talking to her. They blame the temperature ofthe food on the delivery driver/service. It took over an hour and a half for the food to get to me. Do not eat at this location,on S. Orange Ave. The one near the airport is much better. Better cooks, better quality food and better customer service. Read more
The order I just placed and received was a complete joke. I paid $5.00 for 4.3 cold onion rings, (1) missing blue cheese I paid... for, cold chicken wings, cold chicken and the $1.95 I paid for Uber One is a joke too. Do not order waste your time here it?s acontinual joke. Read more
The good- It's Applebee's. If you like their menu, you'll be happy to know that this place serves that. The bad- Sometimes you... don't know whose string you gotta yank to get some service in there. About every other time I walk in, I wind up walking outafter several minutes of being ignored. I think the leadership here doesn't understand that pulling the bartender off the barmeans leaving a lot of people without service at all, and leaving them without a way to know that I just walked in and sat down. Horrible service. Wanted to take my mother out to a nice dinner, when the waitress brought us our drinks we let her know we... still needed a few minutes to decide what we want but we?d order an appetizer in the mean time. After 15 minutes of waiting forher to come to take our order even though she walked passed and ignored us, she never came back. We had to tell another waiterour order and he was horrible too, we asked him for chips for our dip and he never brought it to us ????. Then SOMEONE else cameand brought me my food, it?s crazy because it wasn?t even busy at all. On top of that I received my order first when my motherplaced her order before I did. When my mom kindly asked the waitress where her plate was the waitress gave my mom attitude andsaid ?you?re going to have to wait the kitchen is backed up with orders it will come?. And just walked away, how rude.Eventually someone else finally brought us the rest of the food and the whole time we were eating nobody came to check on us orask if we wanted refills, other than that the food was good so bravo to the cooks. Awesome service, food and drinks. Very friendly, polite and helpful. We were sat at a table very close to the door which was... great because both of us were using our canes. The tomato basil soup was out of this world We shared the sampler appetizer andtook home the ribeye dinner. Again everything was delicious!! Read more
Thisnplace was badly understaffed. they had 3 people working the entire place and I tip my hat to those women who were handling... everything. Some of our food was blazing hot, the rest was cold. We didnt complain because we daw the poor waitress wasjuggling half the restaurant. The management of this location should bring on a little extra help. When we walked in we waited10 minutes before they took us to a table. They had no greeters there. Read more
This is either a new or renovated location because it looks a bit sleeper than the other locations. This area seems to be up and... coming based on the area. First time at this location server was attentive and on top of empty plates and refilling drinks.Food came out at a timely manner, hot, and tasted flavorful. Had a great time sitting outside on a beautiful day, food anddrinks were wonderful, and no complaints. Also love thier 2 for 20/ 2 for 25.... Menu option. Affordable and worth the price. Read more
Back at Applebee's again so tonight we were treated by Blue Sapphire once more and you guessed it tonight's color was blue.
