Always love Arbys but this time was awful and unacceptable. On 6/8 I ordered through the drive through and it took forever... because apparently the credit card machine was down. After 15 minutes I had my order and pulled away. As I turned ontoNarcoossee I realized there was no receipt and I also ordered 2 large curly fries and there was only one which was cold. Icalled right away and spoke with a lady who said she was the manager. I asked for a refund for my fries and a receipt so I couldfill out an online survey. She basically told me it was my fault because I pulled away without checking my order at the window.I asked for the franchise or regional contact and she hung up on me. I know its hard to find good help but this was totallyunacceptable. I couldn't turn around and go back because it was 6pm and traffic was awful and my toddler fell asleep. I don?t eat much fast food, but I was intrigued by the ads for a Wagyu burger. Holy moly is this thing good. The explosion of... flavor was surprisingly OUTSTANDING. I really can?t remember when I had a burger this good at any price. I hope this stays onthe permanent me u because I?ll be there weekly. Awesome staff, great tasting food lots to choose from.
