The food normally is good, however, their customer service is below sub-standard which makes you think twice before going or... ordering from here. The place is okay for a quick grab but that?s it. If you can please try to eat here during the day, by nightthe food quality greatly decreases (burned empanadas), my guess is that the night shift doesn?t care about the food or anything.Their empanada and arepas are good, every other dish that they have is better to get it at other Venezuelan restaurants in theOrlando area. Service is HORRIBLE! I saw that they are close at 1:00am so I called before to see if they could attend me if I was there at... 12:52am. The girl said yes! I was surprised that they were able to serve me 8minutes before closing. I drove 26 minutes to theplace. When I arrived the same girl told me that they just had 2 arepas available? like seriously?? She said yes over the phonejust for me to go to the place and then offered me the left overs they had in the kitchen? Disgusting people and place. Read more
Visited Arepa La Nueva after the Bad Bunny concert , the service was ok , the arepas was good , the empanadas were delicious and... the location wasn?t too bad. Will definitely come back to get more empanadas and tequeños. Read more
1st visit to this Venezuelan restaurant. Friendly staff, especially the lady who served us even though they don't serviced to... tables. Food was fine; we tried cachapas, tequeños and Galac chocolate. Reason I'm giving a 4-star rating is for theirrestroom, which was not clean. Read more
I ordered a cachapa with cheese and an arepa con carne desmechada (shredded beef). Needless to say I did not get what I ordered.... I don?t think cachapa goes well with shredded beef lol. Eh, Should have checked my order before I left. Some of the staff cancome across as unfriendly. This was my experience when I call the store to explain the issue with my order. The young lady whoanswered the phone did offer me a refund but I?m already home, hungry without the food I ordered during rush hour traffic.Sometimes some of the staff say unwelcoming comments amongst each other while you wait for your order. Other times some of thestaff appear rushed, annoyed, and flustered. This also occurred while ordering. Hopefully things improve and others have amore pleasant welcoming experience. Read more
I have tried several Venezuelan spots since moving to the Orlando area and by far this is my favorite!! I had the arepa with... everything, it had shredded chicken some shrimp, also had potatoes and cheese among other things, it was packed and verysatisfying...It was so delicious! Paired with the passion fruit juice it was BOMB!! definitely will return when I'm in the area. Read more
If you're in love with sauces then this spot is arepa heaven. Pick a traditional or house special, you can't do wrong. It's not... the classiest joint but that's not what you came here for. The staff was super friendly! Read more
I asked for 2 ground beef empanadas, they sent me 1 ground beef and 1 shredded beef. I don't eat that. They messed up the order.... I ask for mayo ketchup they didn't sent it. READ to avoid this type of issue. Read more
