Coming to bar Louie and seeing my favorite waiter Arnold is always the best. I recommend him to all of my friends whenever they... want to go. You can always count on the ultimate experience when he is around. What?s crazy is that the other waiters are alsosuper sweet and welcoming, they add to the fun atmosphere I love so much about this place. Service started off great! Our server was very attentive at first and brought us drinks quickly. However, when it came to our... food, we waited for about an hour. Our server hadn?t come back to check on us or told us there would be a long wait sinceplacing our food order. At that point, we went to find our server and we noticed they were serving food to a HUGE party that hadarrived about 20-30 minutes ago. Our server apologized about our wait and told us that our food should be right up. The foodcame out about 5 minutes after we asked them what was going on. We?re pretty sure that our food had just been sitting at thekitchen for a long time and forgotten about. Our food tasted soggy, like they had just microwaved it for us so it was warmagain. At that time, I also told our server to cancel the second drink I had ordered with our food. They seemed kind of confusedand just said okay. Pretty sure they forgot to place the order for my drink. What annoyed me the most is that our serverapologized for the wait since they had been ?dealing with a large party that had come BEFORE us.? We had seen that big partywalk in way after we had arrived. Wouldn?t come back here again. Service AND food were just POOR. Haven?t had this bad of aservice and food in a while. First time here! Was welcomed as we entered and was told we could sit anywhere we like. Prices aren?t bad at all! We spent $30... for 2 meals. Service was wonderful! Definitely recommend this location!! Read more
First time at bar louie. I work till 1am and decided I wanted something different for a change instead of a burger from... McDonald's. I phoned in a order. 10 wings ($15) small fry ($4.50) very pricey for both . Well small fry is definitely small andthe order of wings. Well I only got 8 wings. This is my first and last visit. Oh what an experience this was! I don?t get a chance to get out with my son very much! He and I had a great time laughing at... this place and the entertaining staff. Bartenders were great! A girl and a guy. Very attentive however the food was terrible???? the calamari was just fried pieces of batter! I ordered a wedge salad that was smothered in a lemon vinaigrette not theranch blue cheese dressing. My son ordered a triple stack patty melt that was a negative single stack! ???? awesome pic on thewebsite menu but not we he got ????. Atmosphere was cool and service was great? food not so good! $82 tab completely not worthit?. $20 tip was worth it. May come back but definitely will eat before. Read more
It?s Sunday morning and for some reason I felt the need for a burger and a strong drink or three. I searched around and I saw... that bar louie was open at 10am. So I decided to come by and try it out. Steve greeted me upon entry and said I could sitanywhere I want. I sat outside and was waited on within 5 minutes. I ordered the cheeseburger and an old fashioned. I was notdisappointed! Steve was my server and he took great care of me even offering to redo my burger as it came a bit under cooked.Steve shared with me that he was the manager but had to take a pay cut (likely due to covid) and decided the pay didn?t matchthe work. Well bat louie should reconsider that as Steve is clearly management material and deserves in my opinion to becompensated as such. I would highly recommend bar louie for Sunday brunch or anytime. Nice atmosphere and very spacious. Food was pretty good. Only thing that bothered me was me and my sister sat outside but was... never waited. So we moved to the bar and a nice short hair girl took care of us. Read more
