Showing up at 5 min to 11am I first order a banana split then told there?s no bananas after that I ordered a Sunday which the... guy proceeds tonight and then get some tacos your dog is not right the guy to try to get me to take chocolate sauce instead ofthe fudge and tells me there?s no nuts you didn?t tells me that it?s too early for Baskin-Robbins because nothing was turned onat this time and there?s no hot culture of the toppings even though it?s almost noon Clearly this was a fault on their end Yeahvery very rude male Employee who I think is the manager Wishy-washy rude gruff attitudeAnd blames it on me customer for comingto Early Boy things to change since days of coming as a kid .. save your money and your time and find another location becausethis one is garbage or at least the attitudes are ! They literally said they clean out their ice cream coolers on Saturdays and do not serve ice cream on Saturdays. Ummm what?

Place is probably fine for coffee, don't go for the Baskin. Employees can't even make a milkshake.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Driver arrives and they are OUT OF 6 of the 8 flavors we ordered. How can a Baskin Robbins be OUT... OF flavors without updating their Uber Eats interface? Driver told them to cancel order. They did not do it. Then I calledand told them to cancel order. Person I spoke with said they had NO IDEA how to manage their Uber Eats interface, and that iswhy they did not bother to mark certain flavors as NOT AVAILABLE. Also said they couldn't cancel the order, so I'm stuck withNO REFUND and meanwhile a new and different Uber Eats driver tries to pick up the NON-ORDER every 15 minutes. They are TOTALLYCLUELESS and they WILL NOT HAVE MOST OF THE FLAVORS. Abysmal. Who owns and runs this horrible place? Baskin Robbinscorporate needs to come in and SHUT DOWN THIS PLACE. Read more
Pulled into the drive thru at 9:38pm (they close at 10pm). Speaker had an automated message stating they were closed. A guy came... on asking if he could help after the automated message. He said they weren?t serving ice cream because they were alreadycleaning up and didn?t want to be there past 10pm. Last time I checked serving ice cream meant grabbing a scooper to serve it.Not a whole lot of cleanup involved with that. When I questioned why they couldn?t serve ice cream he blamed T-Mobile. Verydissatisfied with the lack of service provided and with people who have a job to do and refuse to do it. I will never waste mytime with this place again. And I highly suggest to everyone else to avoid this place. Read more
I went to this BR on 10/22/22 at 9:15 pm thru the drive thru and they had a recording saying that the BR was closed, I parked... knock on the door and they told me they were closed, the Open sing was on, and all the lights inside were on. Why the hours saidthey close at 10:00 pm and they were closed at 9:15 pm on a Saturday???? Read more
