Great ice cream, poor service. They refused to open the second door for my husband who's in a wheelchair. I had to go against... and open the door on my own so he could order his ice cream of choice. Definitely need to teach your employees to be moreaccommodating of disabled customers. Read more
Yum. You can't go wrong with Ben and Jerry's ice cream. They had a gluten free menu which I needed as well as dairy free... alternatives. The only reason I give them four stars instead of five stars is you couldn't order one scoop. It had to be atleast two scoops. That's a lot of ice cream for kids. Read more
This is my first visit to a Ben & Jerry ice cream store. I'm a big fan of Ben & Jerry's ice cream, when I'm at the grocery store... I get their weird mixed flavors, they're always creatively tasty; but for some reason this store didn't have any of thoseflavors, only the boring ones, for the price that I paid I consider it a waste of money. I would've paid half the price and gota pint of Ben & Jerry's from a grocery store and it would've tasted better. Read more
