Gone here a few times and have always had a good experience. The food is always wonderful and flavor-filled, and the cooks are... very funny and well trained, especially when it comes to managing guests allergies. 1st TIME AND LAST! I had heard but never visited. Went for a birthday celebration and not remotely impressed! Very pricey for... what you get and the service received. The cook rude made several rude comments because I did not want to eat vegetables excuseme are you paying my meal! He begins to cook makes rice and throws out a whole portion when asked By another guest in the partywhy and not give it to the table the cook answered and said he can provide the rice but they would be charged for it so I guessit is just thrown in the garbage BEYOND ME. My party ask order chicken and steak when I TELL YOU I GOT 5 pieces of chicken I wasBLOWN AWAY! $38 for 5 pieces of chicken cut in to dog treat sizes????????????the chef tells me that it compensated with a fullsteak that was barely compensating anything! Horrible experience the waiter never came around to ask and at the end of thehorrible performance and service of the chef he ask if we have a problem to let him know!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Last night of vaca was great. Fast seating with reservations & chef was so fun for my 5 yr old. Although my son didn’t think... the rice looked like Mickey Mouse it made for a laugh Unfortunately, the waitress was either new or distracted, even the chefmentioned how slow she was. Read more

I went here many times and always had excellent service from them. Sasha as the hostess was so nice and friendly. She made my... arrival there seamlessly. She made sure the table was clean before I sit down and provided me with menu and took drink order.Kevin as the server tonight was helpful. He made sure that I got my orders correctly and yes he double-checked it. I hadBenihana Onion Soup for the first time and it was scrumptious! Then I ordered Spicy chicken gyoza dumpling and spicy salmonroll. They’re all so good! Tonight was so busy in Benihana but they always made sure that each customer has the bestexperience. While the place and food is good, the server messed up the sequence of food orders per the chef. The Chef could have been more... careful in cooking on the skillet as we did see some rice grains flying to people seats. Kind of disappointed. Little food, bigger money! My order was colossal shrimp/scallops/ calamari Someone else also ordered... colossal shrimp, Didn't like how he cut my shrimp up on the grill. I'm sure I didn't get all six of my shrimp. Didnt like thesmall amount of rice served in small bowls for 7 guest! Just wasn't happy! Hibachi Anyone? My second visit to this location. It was our last day in Orlando on this trip, and we decided to stop here for... lunch prior to heading to the airport. We had minimal wait for a table then we were seated. We probably the second or thirdtable to be seated for the day, things moved a little slow as it seemed that they were still getting set up. Once thingsstarted flowing we had a great lunch. Both our waitress/server and our chef were so accommodating and attentive. We enjoyed ourchef particularly because he had a few extra tricks different from the same ones we’ve all seen a thousand times. He was alsovery careful and intentional about keeping different allergies in mind as he prepared the proteins. At stop @ Benihanna’sOrlando may end up becoming a tradition for our FL trip.
