This place has a consistency problem with portions, either you get a good portion amount, or you get skimped especially with the... poke bowls. This location also has an issue with items being on the menu, such as the poke bowl, I can always order a oneprotein bowl but rarely a two protein bowl which makes no sense to me. Not to mention a lot of the proteins will be out of stockwith limited substitutes available. I really enjoy coming here when it's good but this location has been very downhill as oflate, not to mention the staff and service is very hit or miss, which I understand but it can be frustrating from the customerPOV. This place is awesome for a quick lunch. The chicken pao pao will easily fill you up and it tastes delicious. The customer... service was great and clean. Definitely try this place out the quality is worth it for the price. Read more

I was in Orlando on a work trip and ended up being recommended Bento by a coworker. Had the Cali rolls, which were good. They... weren't great, though. Still, I'd go there again if I wanted quick sushi and had nowhere else to stop. The green tea boba iswhat I ended up liking the most. I'd definitely return for one of those. Read more

We tried the Bento branch in winter park and in UCF. The UCF store is wider. our sushi takes a while to be served but that is... alright. There are so many toppings compared to the winterpark branch. otherwise all are the same in terms of service, accessibility and ambience. Read more

The food is definitely overpriced for the quality you?re getting. It almost never comes out hot, always room temperature. I... ordered chicken katsu and for some reason there were small leftover pieces that they put on the rice. It did not look like itwas from the same piece of katsu. The appetizers are pretty decent, but $7 for 4 small pieces of Krab Wontons is a bit tooexpensive considering most Chinese takeout places charge the same for 8 large pieces. The service was nonexistent but it is afast casual restaurant so that?s expected. Read more

20 minute wait time during their less busy 5:30pm Tuesday. Regular milk tea tasted just right with chewy and not over cooked... boba. Likely honey boba and not white sugar. For the size of the bowl I think 12 dollars is okay. Rice was cooked correctly.Crunchy and salty string beans. Right amount of orange sauce. Chicken pieces are a bit big in my opinion. I love that thechicken is battered and not breaded. Miso soup had very little tofu and the one piece I found was a bit purple (this is thesecond time this has happened to me at Bento, not at this location, and only at Bento). Overall good deal. What a disappointment. We just received our meals from here. The side of lo mein is literally slightly flavored dry spaghetti.... I got a fried rice bowl with sesame chicken and shrimp on top. It's not bad but pretty bland. I mean, head over to Publix andget it there if you want taste. For these prices I expected way more. You guys are capable of *way* better than this, c'mon. Read more

A delicious burst of flavors from every bite. Bento does not disappoint. I have tried a variety of their rice bowls, noodles,... sushi and boba teas. The Pao Pao chicken has become one of my family?s favorite bowls. I also recommend the Sriracha Garlic ricebowl. There are some alternatives for the rice. You can choose from white, brown or fried rice. They also have Tofu and otherprotein options. The prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. The Boba is delicious and affordable. Read more
