Went here to try something different. They bring you your steak on a sizzling hot stone where you cook it to your liking. I... got the steak and shrimp meal, and the shrimp was my favorite. Excellent shrimp, but the steak was a bit lack luster in myopinion. Experience was soso, sadly probably won't be back anytime soon. Read more
Our second time returning to dining here to enjoy the unique steak cooking experience on a super hot slab of black rock. Our... thick cut steak was a joy to cook then to eat right off the sizzling hot slab. What would be nice is if the server would giveeveryone Instructions on how to cook the perfect steak to best suit you. We ended up overcooking some of our steaks before wehad realized it. Read more
We were looking for a steakhouse and found this place. We've never been so it was a new experience. Let me just say it was... pretty cool. They bring out this black rock that's super hot and you cook your steak. It's really awesome. The food was greatand we really enjoyed it. Very good food and a very fun experience. We like to go to black Rock when we travel because the food is always good and the... service is great. We had a wonderful server and Jacob he was helpful and fast. I tried the ahi tuna for the first time here andlet me just say holy cow I have been missing out big time. It was the biggest piece of sushi grade ahi I've ever had for $12 andit was fantastic. My son lives to cook the shrimp on his rock. And u enjoy eating my food hot off the brick myself because whodoesn't like hot food right off the grill? I highly recommend you try this restaurant if you are in the area. 4.5 stars. Read more
First time visiting Black Rock & Grill and hands down BEST experience at a restaurant in a long time! Jacob was our server for... our party of 9 people celebrating a birthday and he was incredibly amazing! He was so attentive with our drinks making sure wewere never thirsty and he got our big order exactly spot on and we ordered alot! He was so nice and sweet! We even brought a bighomemade birthday cake with us that he kept in the back and then once he cleared our table he immediately brought out the cakewith all new utensils and plates to be able to eat it! We didn't have to ask because he was so on point with literally everypart of our dining experience! We also loved how we got to cook our own steaks for such a unique experience and Jacob even gaveus a little tutorial on how to cook it! Unique experience. Food was delicious. I was afraid at first about how to cook the meat but the staff explained everything. You... can order from menu or the black rock. Portions are nicely sized. Price point was fair. I liked my experience and enjoyedcooking my steak as an individual. Each piece was the temperature you make it. My family says yes!!! Read more
Black Rock met and exceeded my expectations. Great menu choices, something for everyone. Being able to cook your own steak is... definitely a treat. Our server Rose was both professional and attentive. Black Rock also has happy hour daily. We will bevisiting multiple times in the future. Read more
