Preordered food spending $312.48 and when got to location to pickup by the scheduled time had to wait in line at window for over... an hour. Found out this was due to store taking walk up orders over people like me who ordered and paid already in advance. Iwas waiting with 3 crying kids in the car. When I presented this to manager Amelia she began to argue with me and told me tomove from the backdoor where other staff told me to go to to pick up at. Amelia even went to extent of bad mouthing me to staffand having a member close the door right in my face. We probably would still be waiting if wasn?t for the excellent customerservice efforts from Wally. My family & I thank you so much Wally! Please BM Corporate Office reprimand employees like Amelia.We were in the car seconds from leaving and cancelling the order, but Wally came out with food just in time. Read more
Food was horrible. Ordered food for my family of five. Top three worst meals we have ever had. Had to throw it all away. Ice... cold food, overcooked, chicken was a frozen patty?just not good at all. Each and every time I order from this location, I have an issue. First and foremost, the app does not allow for delivery from... this location to my home even though the website does. I don?t understand how one method of ordering functions differently fromanother when ordering from the same location to the same destination. My last order from this location was supposed to includea 2-liter bottle of Diet Coke. When the ordered was dropped off at my home, I instead received a ?bag of soda? which had beenshaken to the point of being ready to explode. Despite contacting this location numerous times by email and phone to ask for arefund, my attempts have remained unanswered. This place shaking my head ???????????I seen black mole in the ceiling and the bathroom oh my goodness!! No air at all in the... bathroom, the floor had trash and water all over it. The staff was mostly just chilling and talking to each other over theirheadsets. Which I found unprofessional because we was standing right there trying to order but I guess their conversation wasmore important. The food was.. sighh just go somewhere else.. Read more
Many Boston Markets have gone downhill - but this one is still pretty stellar. Same good quality comfort food - and the staff is... super friendly, efficient, helpful. Always the same 2 great guys behind the counter. I've given up on the Kissimmee location butthis one is great, and worth the extra drive. Read more
Very unhappy with the order and service from this Boston Market here. We ordered two prime rib meals and two desserts from this... location. Plus a side of chicken noodles soup. Which was a total disaster for are dinner. Unacceptable for what we paid for atBoston Market app for delivery. Read more
Food was horrible. If this is any indication of the typical Boston Market then, the quality has GONE WAY DOWN. We got out food... at about 5:00 pm and got home at 5:13pm. Rotisserie chicken was dry, burnt and cut incorrectly. Cornbread was hard and dry. Foodoverall was cold and flavorless. Creamed spinach was clumpy. Now a word about the staff. No one wore gloves when serving, thegirl taking out order had her mask on only halfway, the person on drive through didn't have on a mask, neither did the personcutting the meat. NO LOCKS ON THE RESTROOM DOORS???? Dirty tables, floors so greasy you can see footprints in the slime and dry crusty food. The... staff had great service with a friendly smile. Won't eat here again. Read more
