We sat on the bar side on a high top for over 10 minutes. We weren't greeted or anything. There were 5 other tables in the high... tops and all of them had food except 1. I'm not sure whats going on, but we were highly disappointed we didn't get to eat here. Read more

Horrible experience. We came at a non busy time and our order was still messed up. My kids had cold and hard French fries. The... sprite was low and tasted horrible. I asked for no tomatoes on my wrap because I have an allergy, and tomatoes are allll over mywrap. The waitress didn't seem too happy so I just picked it off and hoped I wont get a terrible reaction later. My husbandordered a brisket burger and was charged for one, but only received a cheeseburger. We didn't even bother to have it corrected.Just paid and wanted to get out. This was absolutely terrible and we will never step foot back in this location. If the owneror manager would like to reach out I saved my receipt with the transaction ID. Read more

Ordered from Uber eats and what a joke. Not only was the order delayed it arrived cold and had multiple issues that was not... Ubers fault. -Cold food -The Buffalo wrap had no Buffalo sauce -The order was supposed to come with fries but were verysparse. They were really busy. The line was long. Sandra was the hostess. She was great. A server wasted several glasses of water in... the entry way. Sandra the hostess was very helpful. Her goal was to keep the guest from falling. She immediately cleaned it upalthough she had to leave her post. She was great. Courtney took our order. She was very pleasant. I asked for the managerbecause the front in staff needed help. The lobby and to go line was extremely long and they needed help. Jasmine, the manager,came out. She listened apparently she was in the kitchen helping. Another employee shared that Jose, the general manager wasextremely busy doing PAPERWORK in the office. Meanwhile the lobby area, the waiting area, the to go line are chaotic. With alarge spill in the front entry. Great Leadership Jose. I am sure the paperwork needed immediate attention while your staff wasdrowning a d the customers were waiting. Sandra and Courtney managed, however leadership presence could have made the situationbetter. Thank you Jasmine for coming out to listen. I am here now, 6:45pm on 6/8/2022. Sat near the bar. A kid was our waiter. We only saw him twice. We had to get our drinks from... the bar. My kids were asking me where their things where that they asked for. The waiter was in no hurry to help anyone. I'vebeen waiting for the bill going on 22 minutes. Horrible. Read more

Awful. Three of us sat to eat. Ordered chips and salsa, chips and Queso and cheese curds as appetizers. Didn?t get the apps... before the meals. Got each meal one at a time even though we all ordered on one tab at the same time. There was two managers on,not one was seen on the floor assisting. Could have a least gave us a smaller plate to look like we had more fries. The placewasn?t even that busy. 75% of the tables were open. Read more

I really want to give 0 starts. The place was not busy and yet the service was slow. The bartender didn?t have the best... attitude. You could definitely tell she didn?t want to be there. The drink menu she gave us was so dirty and it had such a badsmell. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken wrap. They didn?t have breaded chicken, so she offered grilled? which I said was fine. WhenI got the wrap, it was the smallest thing you?ll ever see. I mentioned something to the bartender and she said that was fine anda good size. The chicken was not grilled; it was just something taken out from a can. Everything was cold and didn?t have anyflavor. I understand during these times, places are ?short staff or short in ingredients?, but why the customer has to pay theprice for that. Everything is now more expensive, but the service has gone down. Even though of all these bad circumstances, Istill want to continue supporting business, but definitely not coming here ever again. Read more
