Worst fast food in this area. Recently remodeled and you would think that would make a ?difference? in the food and service.... Workers don?t seem to pay attention, they always look confused at what?s going on. You will wait a long time both inside and inthe drive thru just for your order to be messed up every time and most likely cold. So poorly operated it?s truly amazing! They assign you an order number and yet won?t make the food In that order. We waited 30... minutes while several other orders that were placed after ours were prepared. I have ordered ~ 9:45pm a burger and nuggets meal, the lady in the cashier said there was no more fries and nuggets available... that time, only sandwiches, so I have ordered one sandwich and then she left the cashier. The guys preparing the order addedsome fries to the package so I got confused. We told him what she said and he checked the fridge that they still had nuggets.Cheers to the guys for helping us get some food late night. Read more
I don't even know where to start. The place is absolutely disgusting but the workers just move their way around it as if the... messes don't exist. The workers also moved at an incredibly slow place, seeing that there was a line going all the way to thedoor. Service could be a lot faster if the workers moved at a reasonable pace. They even talk slowly, making ordering target.Not only that, but the cashier wasn't even fluent in English. They had other English-speaking workers present, meaning couldhave easily traded places. It was very hard to get my order through because of the language barrier, seeing as the cashier wasvery confused about what I was saying. The food is mid and my fries didn't taste fresh at all. The employees look miserable working here. Aggressive handing you the receipt and your food, with no thank you?s or any type of... pleasantries. We stop b/c we needed something fast and we only ordered fries b/c we seen people taking food back. Took around 10minutes to get only fries and this is not counting the line time. No busier really than a typical BK, so no excuse. Just sad, dosomething about training your staff.2 stars b/c the fries were hot. Read more
DO NOT THINK THIS IS FAST! Absolutely Disgusting and terrible service. We came at the height of the season and all restaurants... in Universal and CityWalk have long lines but I was not expecting to wait 45 min for this meal. We could?ve waited for a tableat Bubba Gump next door and gotten food faster and better service and quality. The burger was no where near BK standards! Thefries were stale and needed so much salt. Again, not at all BK standards. The staff was absolutely horrible. There wereliterally only 3 people working and they were moving like sloths. I swear they were all high. Read more
I asked for a double Walker with cheese no pickles no onions. I received a single whopper with cheese extra pickles extra... onions.
