I ordered two burgers and after biting into them they were raw inside. I felt as if my burger was still mooing ????. The... manager never addressed the issue or apologized. The first time the food was stale, cold, not made to-go, and they said the shake machine was broken. Total flop to say the... least. Decided to give it another try. I called and was told the shake machine was on for the day until 9pm. Well of course thefirst thing the manager tells us is that the power caused the shake machine to not work? really though? only that machine? andeverything has power? come on. He obviously was lying and just didn?t want to add more to the machine. He really saw to womenand thought they will believe this. And he had the audacity to be rude. We told him we called and he was like yea it was workingthen not now. Such a joke this place but I added a pic of a better burger and shake place that has never failed us. This was so disappointing, as it clearly is raw or rotten in some way. I contacted them and they said it?s not possible for it... to be raw and that concerned me more so. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was told NO and then I asked for her name andagain they wouldn?t share that either. They gave me a fake corporate number and I believe it was just another employees number. This place is a nightmare and you should truly be concerned about what is going on in the kitchen. They offered me anotherchicken sandwich and I politely declined as no way I would eat that again and they refused a reimbursement. They just gave methe run around for days before I gave up and it wasn?t the money more or less the lack of accountability that bothered me. Read more

Ordered over $40 worth of pick up. One of the burgers had zero of the toppings that we asked for. Onions rings were the... leftover tiniest cuts of whatever they had and they were burned. We paid extra for parmesan+herb fries and we received regularfries. The fries we received were a large size fries, not a family sized. Just a major disappointment for the price wepaid. We've never had issues with the lake Mary location. Unfortunately, the cooks here just weren't paying any attention, nordid they seem to care. Read more
