First time having the gluten free pizza at California pizza kitchen, and boy was it delicious. I ordered the GF pizza with only... pepperoni on it. I’m glad that did ask if it was a preference or allergy. The crust was flimsy/soft, so I would recommendthat you ask them to cook the crust a little more, maybe a well done crust? Unless of course you like the softer crust.Personally I do like my crust to be slightly crispy. Other than that pizza was cool well, marinara sauce was delicious and overall the pizza had a good balance of flavor. The restaurant was rather quite and chill, great place to have a conversation! This was my first time at CPK. I really enjoyed the pizza. Keep in mind this pizza is all about the toppings; this is not a... place to go crazy over crust, unless you are really into cauliflower.
