WHAT A RIP-OFF! We ordered Chicken Parmesan...and ended up with a burnt chicken turd on top of watery spaghetti. They advertise... themselves as ?NY Pizza Kichen - Best Italian Food In Town?. This is an absolute lie...they are The Worst! We?ve never seensuch terrible food and to call it Italian food...is an insult! They say the entree is served with Garlic Bread, it was notdelivered. Also asked for extra grated cheese, not delivered. Waiting for the manager David to call. If we could have put lessthan 1 Star we would. PLEASE do not order from this place. Read more
One star is being extremely generous! My family was robbed of the $37 for a family meal. We could not eat any of the food! The... pizza was burnt and cheese sticks were crispy and cold as ice! To top this off, I called to complain, and the boy who answeredthe phone put me on hold, only to come back and say he could not locate his manager. I called back a day later, talking to amanger. He promised to refund my money, but never followed through with his word! Now after calling back, this place picks upand hangs up. Wow I so got ripped off. Pizza flyer was in hotel room door. I wish id have read these reviews first. Pizza looked like it had... been sitting for at least half a day. Was dry, had zero weight to it. The spaghetti meal we ordered with it litterally tastedlike it had gas or some chemical in it. The top layer of it was also dried out. This really sucks since we spent almost all ofour money at Disney World, and just needed a final meal before we left for home. We will be filling a report with the bbb andwarning Disney hotel management about them making this place look bad. All they are doing is pretending to be a pizza businesswhen they legally seem to claim otherwise as a food delivery service. I think they buy cheap pizza at a gas station and pass itoff as legit pizza that they make. Either way, do NOT order from these people. Its a scam. I called them back and told them ittasted bad. Was told the manager would return my call. An hour later....nothing so I called them again. I asked them where theywere located because I was bringing the pizza back myself and wanted a refund. Was told they didnt give refunds so I told them Iwas reporting them for scamming everyone. The person laughed and said "yeah, good luck". Lets get these scammers shut down. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. AWFUL food... just AWFUL. The pizza was dry, cheap and overpriced. A crusty tombstone frozen pizza... has more flavor and quality. Coupons were under my hotel door. It's not even worth FREE. The driver was in such a hurry to getthe food into my hand that I yelled for him to stop so I could see what he was leaving me. He looked at me with a blank stareand jetted for the door. I'm PISSED. The pizza looked like it was made yesterday and reheated. Read more

HUGE SCAM!!! Deserves no stars. Ordered off of a flyer slid underneath my hotel room door. Called to order and waited an hour.... When the pizza and wings showed up, it looked like they dug it out of a dumpster! The worst thing I've even witnessed in mylife. Called back to get my money and they said a manager would call me. HORRIBLE service! Big SCAM! Do not order from this place. Delivery guy hungup on the call because he didn't want to drive up to... our villa. The pizza was burnt, pepperonis were black with no pizza sauce and the wings have a funny smell. Tried to call themto bring it back and they said the manager would call back. Never received a call. They do not have a location to go to, onlydelivery from some random place. They left a random flyer under the door at our resort. Stay away! Buyer beware. Read more
Really deserve a ?Zero rating?. If you are staying in the area, I do not recommend this place. We order a large pizza 1/2... pepperoni and cheese, wings, garlic bread, and cheesecake. We waited 40 minutes for the delivery. They delivered a cold burntpizza, no wings instead hard chicken nuggets with cold fries, Parmesan bread that was dry and cold. The dessert had noresemblance of cheesecake instead a tasteless graham cracker. Do not recommend. Horrible experience after a long day at MagicKingdom. Read more
