Pretty good food. Would recommend. A little pricey but worth it

Ordered in advanced online. Got to this store for pickup about 10 mins after the projected pickup time and the order still... wasn?t ready. The lady at the register couldn?t even be bothered to get our drinks while we waited. They prioritized walk-inorders who clearly came after us and fixed our order last. We got our order 25 mins late. This is one of my GO TO spots!!! My husband and I are regulars and we love it! Not only are the cheesesteaks ALWAYS good but... they are so fast when it comes to making them. They could remodel their dining area for those who want to eat inside but otherthan that I would recommend this place. Read more

Absolutely rude as hell cashier/cook. Indian guy ~ in his 40s/50s logged into his register and then just stares at me while im... waiting for him to say anything. Then enters the order before i can even finish to tell him i wanted a lemonade so he gives me asoda cup. Rude as hell attitude, looking at me like i ran over his dog, so i dont even want to correct him, i already want toleave. Then the other cook shouts out my order rather than order number. Well, hopefully that very common order is mine, and itsalso no one elses business what i order but thanks for screaming it. Absolutely never coming here again, very disgruntledemployees sharing their bad attitudes. Not worth $20 already and especially not to deal with people who clearly hate theirjob. oh, and to add - the food looks like theyre just throwing the ingredients in the box. sloppy and messy as hell this is theworst charlies ive ever been to. The employees were cool and food was for some reason decent it definitely tastes better at their Ocala location the shakes were... good and they have a special for their chicken subs and fries. The customer service has consistently gone down since opening. Today was the worst ever. Ordered 40 boneless wings and paid. Was... asked to go to the pick up space which isn't uncommon and not a big deal. Normally takes 5 to 10 minutes to get the order whenit happens After 10 minutes we were told it would be another 6 minutes. During that time 4 other families were served from thepick up parking and probably a total of 8 families all together including the drive through. After another 10 minutes went inbecause my sister had to pick up her son. So I had to leave and come back because 20+ minutes wasn't enough time to complete myfamily's order. I told them they should have a few fries and sift drinks waiting for the severe inconvenience. I come back andcheck for sauces. They notoriously forget to give you any and for some reason that 1 sauce is good for 20 wings unless you wantto pay more. I look inside my bag to check and they gave me 2 of the wrong sauce for 40 boneless wings. When I asked for it tobe corrected I was handed 1. I told them I need more than one for 40 wings and a family of 4. After this becoming a 40 minutetrip for a location a little over a mile from home I asked where the fries and drinks were for the inconvenience. I was handed 1small fry. I said that doesn't correct the mistakes of today. I was told if I wanted more I could buy them. Sk I could waitanother 10 or 20 minutes. I told the manager it was unacceptable customer service and if that was his solution I wasn't comingback anymore. He said good we don't need your business dont come back anymore and have a good day. As a New Yorker now living in FL, I have to admit their food left much to be desired. Taste was not impressive, prices weren't... great. All the ingredients tasted barely average. Their unique drinks didnt impress me but instead made me feel more regretabout their actual sandwich. Their fries were terrible as well. Read more
