Always picture worthy! Sooooo gooood, go get one!
Facilities maintenance is nonexistent. Front door has been broken for a long time and it's an easy $10 fix to file the bottom.... The owner is losing a ton of money on the electric bill as his HVAC helps to condition the hot humid outdoors. Fix the door forgoodness sake. Bathroom door is messed up also and you nearly have to yank it off the hinges to get out; again, a veryinexpensive fix for anyone with a toolbox. If there is no pride in ownership to keep up with basic facility maintenance then Iwill not eat here again and just take my business elsewhere. Read more

This place has a great menu and a very friendly staff. This was our first visit, so we didn't know what to expect. It turned out... to have some great sandwiches, and really great fries and milkshakes. And, Antonio made us feel like regulars, right from thestart. Read more
Long wait times, used up my lunch hour waiting on food. Paid extra for the old school philly, got back to the job and had no... cheese wiz which is the whole idea of the sandwich. Read more
This review is not about the cheesesteaks because I was born and raised in Philly so my opinion would be biased. My husband and... I went here for the first time tonight. The woman who took our order was nice and she asked us for here or to go and I said togo. We waited about 15 minutes for our order and she gave it to us on a tray instead of to go containers. My husband told her itwas to go and she apologized. My husband offered to bag it himself if she gave him the containers and she said she would takecare of it. The woman who was cooking had an attitude because the other woman was bagging our order and told her to leave itand help the customer at the register. The cook then bagged up the customer's order after us and gave him his order. Our foodsat there another five minutes until she decided that she wanted to bag it up for us. I been to Charleys from the West coast/ Pacific to Florida. In the west most Charleys are mainly on miltary bases so when I saw... it in Orlando its all over thought it was kool. The Waterford one is good. This location Colonial is one of the best all around.Hot, fast, and for the sandwiches the most meat really worth it. That is why high ratings for fast food style philly. Eduardoolder gentleman at register (i think thats his name) supervisor (or should be) was really customer friendly did great job. Wellbe back in future. Thanks to him & staff. Read more
Fraud Alert!!!! I have NEVER been to this Orlando restaurant or any of their franchise locations. That is why I was shocked... to see a charge on my credit card for $500 a few days ago. I am not in FL, nor have I been in a long time. Working with mybank and their corporate office to fix this. Not sure how a charge like this even goes thru for a legitimate business. Read more
