I will never eat here again. Found wood on my desert tonight. The manager lied about ever seeing it. Then come back and was... rude. He clearly didn't care. I should sue and I strongly discourage any future customers. My mother is diabetic and has thyroidissues. The internal damage that could do is the primary reason for my anger. She's all I have. And we had already ate some ofthe cake!!!!! I WILL notify the health department. Read more

My wife and I have been coming to cheddar?s since we got married 4 yrs ago and used to enjoy the food. However, now it has been... low quality of stakes. Today, we went to eat and I had a 20oz T-bone steak and ordered it Medium-Well and it came medium. I wasokay with it, but towards the inner T-bone, it was completely rare!!!! The Cajun Chicken Pasta was good. The Salmon was good. The free croissants with honey butter were delicious. We had also ordered... a couple of appetizers, chicken tenders and a order of the cheese curds. Both the chicken tenders and cheese curds looked goodin presentation, but the chicken tenders and the cheese curds both had a old grease aftertaste. As a result nobody liked them.If the grease was fresh I am certain that the food would have tasted better and Cheddars would have earned a 5 stars review. Theservice by the waitress was excellent. From Austin to Florida and friends decided to take me to this Cheddar?s. This was our experience: Our waiter Thomas was great he... was attentive, patient and friendly. We ordered: Trio Sampler as an appetizer, it took forever to get to our table it was waytoo close to our entree instead of us enjoying it before. However taste was 10/10 Dijon Chicken 10/10 (2)Blackened Grilledsalmon 10/10 Chicken tenders 10/10 Burger 10/10 Lemon pepper chicken 3/10 tasted burnt and extremely dry. We asked to change it, they said yes and we chose a bourbon glazed salmon. Sadly, it never made it to the table, it was served on a to go box sincewe had to go. Taste salmon 10/10 Last but not least was the 8oz steak 2/10 the two points are for presentation but we orderedmedium well and it came extremely over cooked? like very very hard. Really good! Went there with my family - we tried coconut shrimp (kids menu), santa fe spinach dip and the combo having the top... sirloin stake with ribs and two sides (we got broccoli and house salad). It was delicious! Great atmosphere and the service wassuper fast. We will definitely come back to try other dishes. Read more
Let me first say SHOUT OUT TO THE STORE. Everything from the food to the service was great. Did my call in order thru Natasha... which was superior with her customer service. When I say warm greeting, double checked my bag, and suggested something for nexttime she was just everything. It was a manager that also accompanied her when it came to my chips and queso and the coupon notworking but she came over greeted her self and helped quickly. I enjoyed the whole plate! Only thing I would cry about is nothaving enough gravy for this huge steak !! Quality is everything. Can?t wait to come back to sit down which will be soon. Thanksfor the wonderful service everybody!
