I'm sure getting 5 stars over and over is not a surprise. You deserve it! I just wish other establishments would fallow your... model. Pleasant staff, good food, and all there is required in a to go bag is there. I can't even begin to tell how manytimes there were no napkins, no sauce, or no utensils. Drive thru... Since when do they up charge for juice when you order a kids meal? I asked how much was a kids meal, she said it... was 5 something I said fine. I ordered my son the grilled chicken meal with an apple juice. Well then the total was almost 8dollars. I asked why so much she said because I got an apple juice and not a fountain drink. First time ever with any issues, but the quality of service at this Chick-fil-A and the food unexpected. I purchased chicken... strips 3 pieces wait until you see the picture not Chick-fil-A quality at all. I was so sad because you guys are known for beingin the best atmosphere and attitude , and the chicken is as my friends say from Heaven. We were at the beginning of a entire cfa meltdown. It wasn?t busy when we got there but they were in the red. By the time we got... our food they were swamped but none of the teammates acted with speed. Tables were dirty and it didn?t look like they had anyteamwork.
