Our waiter Fransico sucked. He was a very lazy talker who acted like he didn't want to be there. It took 20 mins to get our... food and my food was cold, I had to send it back to be heated which took me 10 minute to flag Fransico down to even ask. He wasput out that I wanted it heated. Then the HOH heated so much ch that the tortilla wraps were so crunchy they were chips.Fransico never came back to the table to ask if everything was good, no refills. Had to wave him down from across the diningroom to get salsa and extra napkins, that took 5 mins. When taking orders from other customers he was leaning in on the boothsand tables like he was exhausted... More like being lazy!! When needed to cash he came over and said you can use that andpointed to the little machine. No assistance but was talking like a champ. Service was lousy, food was cold, and the restaurantwas not the cleanest. I was very shocked with my experience, will not return to this Chili's, we will go to the one in OsceolaCounty. Read more
The service at the bar was not good and at happy hour they don't serve the beer in the glasses that the restaurant advertise in... the promotional image, they are in smaller glasses. I asked about the glass change and was only told that they would chargemore for those glasses. Read more
8/13 at about 730pm. We were seated in the area with smaller tables near the bar. The server from the start came off extremely... cold and kinda rude. He seemed honestly offended when my girl asked for a water while she decided on a cocktail and we orderedapps and without even asking me what I wanted he says "So are you just getting a water too?" I wasn't lol. He came back in about10 to 15 minutes and took the rest of our order. But then never returned for refills or to even check on us after we receivedour food. Also got to listen to a female coworker of his tell him pretty loudly about last night when she "Got the best d*** ofher life" lol. Had to get up and ask the host in front of him for boxes so we could leave all the while he was leaning on thebar texting multiple times. In all honesty the food was really good, the host and staff running food and drinks for him werevery kind, but good lord this guys entire demeanor just made us really uncomfortable. The food at this chili's was good except the fries they where abit cold. Service was good. Drinks and refills came out fast.
I started out with the guacamole and chips & then I had the 10 ounce sirloin steak with broccoli & asparagus and the steak was... perfectly cooked medium well. It was a great meal! Yes I went to go eat at the chili?s at Orlando fl on sand lake next the Florida mall with my mother, we sat down and we seen a... big group of military group of 25/30 people so the waitress Tracy says you guys need hurry up and order we literally just satdown ,, just by the comment seemed like she was mostly concern more with the big group instead of us and we got our food thenall sudden I see a Cockroach walking on my food moving around the table so I lost my appetite I wasnt even half way through myfood so I ask to speak to The manager ,before the manger came I took pictures and videos of cockroach just in case they didn?tbelieve me so the manager Chris came I told him about the cockroach and he didn?t believe me?I showed him the picture I had, hestill had that doubt on face the next thing you know the cockroach still walking around the table and on the food the mangerFinally sees the cockroach that?s still On table ? the manager then apologized and says they come from outside like it?s ok tobe on my table on my food so I told him I don?t want anymore food he gave me a couple $5 cards and my was meal free when Ireally couldn?t eat my food I felt ? that?s wasn?t enough and fact I kept my cool And didn?t go in ?they caught me in a goodday? Great service from the host and food runner to the server. Quality of the food is what you would expect from Chili's. I was... recommended to come during an early weekday night. Plenty of seating and not too crowded to enjoy dinner. If you are offered the2 for 1 on the domestic drinks do note that they bring you both mugs of beer at the same time. If you are enjoying dinner withothers, consider ordering one 2 for 1 drink order then get another after you finished with the first. Temperatures in restaurant was absolutely freezing, many people on cell phones with speaker and when I brought it up to the... attention of the waiter he was "like well ya know thz days", I also complained on the little presto box when I did selfcheckout...felt like I was at Walmart. I ordered chicken ceaser salad which must've been made 1st cause lettuce was definitelysoggy. Chicken so dry couldnt tell the difference from croutons or the meat. Ribs were good even though that runner was.rude!Waiter got mad at me for actually filing the complaint on the lil box. WOW! had horrible experience and I've let somebody knowfrom the self checkout box...nobody has bothered to return with an email.
