I order quest sauce on side, it was not delivered. No silverware or paper napkins either. I ordered vegan bowl, 2 vegetarian... bowls which didn?t have roasted peppers, salsa, 4 leaf of lettuce, no guacamole. For 60 dollars ordered, I can better at therestaurant. Very much disappointed. Read more
This location was my favorite location until recently, I visited today and got a bowl, kids meal 2 side tortillas and 2 corns (i... asked for 4) was EVEN CHARGED FOR 4 i spent 25 dollars HOW ???? when i normally go get 2 bowls, 2 side tortillas and 4 corns onthe side for 19 dollars? I politely asked the girl at the register (which EVERYTIME she there its a problem) why the total shetold me she had to charge me for EVERYTHING since i didnt put it on the bowl, i was charged for things i didnt get when askedfor a manage she got loud saying its not one and next guest? ALL OF THIS and then my food was COLD. this is not acceptableChipotle especially not when i eat here 3 or more times a week !!! Literally worst customer service and attitude from the manager that she only shakes her head for answering any questions and the... dude on rice and meat station, these people don?t have customer service and I guess they believe they work for a fast foodrestaurant or whatever their believes !!!! Never seen attitude like that specially the manager ?lady? very bad. Every time I come to this chipotle which is the nearest to my home, they?re always out of something!! It never fails. And then... this is the amount of dressing they give you. This is literally a teaser, what can I do with this amount of dressing? I thinkI?ll just taking a 20 minute drive to go to a different Chipotle! I asked for the bowl with some black beans. The kid said it'll be 10 mins & then hesitated when we said we would wait for them.... 10 seconds later the black beans were ready and being poured into the bin. He didn't even check to see if they were ready, hejust assumed we would forget it & get something else. That was annoying. Then they are out of lettuce AND guacamole and yet thetotal is $16 for a bowl & a drink? Like seriously? This happens nearly everytime I go to Chipotle. Nasty attitudes from the entire staff. When we asked for steak, the employee sucked his teeth and rolled his eyes before... informing us that it was out of stock. I also had to ask 3 employees for tortillas and still didn't even get it. I've worked infood service, I know how to order to make the process go smoothly, but this is unacceptable. I've tried to give this locationmany chances and this was the last straw. Management needs to make improvements to boost employee morale. Read more
Just had one of the worst experiences at chipotle. I asked for a veggie bowl. I am meat allergic. Saw the server touching meat... for previous customer and then touching my bowl with same. I specifically told them I am meat allergic. Moving ahead saw a bigmeat piece inside veggie fajitas. See picture below. Okay so mistake happened again. Moving ahead he said I am going to getfajits from other side and he got it. This time meat piece finally came in my bowl. He didn't even cared to see if there wasany. I would like to say thank you to the staff here, they work patiently with the guests during the busy lunch hour. I ordered... vegetarian burrito bowl, The food is delicious. I like having veggies in my bowl and they had plenty with always deliciousguacamole. The service at this location is always so friendly and helpful. Read more
