Whoever is running this place is doing a terrible job. The workers look stressed (I know it's fast food) and short staffed every... time I've been here. This location seems pretty busy which might suggest high sales. Why aren't we hiring/retaining employees?Is it a high turnover rate? Is the workplace culture bad? How's the training? Are they paid enough for how demanding a job likethat can be? I think a lot of people I'm the service industry need to start thinking about organizing and fighting for betterworking conditions. We ate here twice last week, and it has excellent fresh ingredients. It's a little loud inside (echoes), but the employees were... friendly. Highly recommended for reasonable prices and speedy service. Read more
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This was the absolute worst experience I?ve ever had at Chipotle. Between the 8 employees... standing around goofing off while there is a line of 6 people waiting to pay, my party of 4 trying to order and 4 other peoplein line behind us while 1?yes?1 employee was trying to make food for everyone and trying to get the other staff members to helpher. The dining area was absolutely filthy, no ice in the soda machine, no napkins or utensils stocked. Ordered delivery twice from here in 3 days and it was amazing each time. Got the steak burrito bowl both times - light brown... rice - light beans - extra fajita - extra lettuce - red salsa (side) - green salsa (side) I figured out it's best to get theirburrito bowl with rice on the side + extra lettuce instead of a salad bowl, since this way I can add how much price I want andalso get extra lettuce on top. I've had experiences at different locations before where they put two little Greens on top andthen add the other toppings on. It ends up being that I would have gotten more greens had I just ordered the bowl with extralettuce. The steak was always cooked perfectly, and definitely makes me want to go back for more. I love Chipotle and it?s offerings, but this location is not up to the standards that I have grown accustomed to. There was... chaos with all of the employees. The rice was not cooked all the way and was crunchy. The black beans were hard. There were noonions and peppers prepared. The employees were very disorganized and lacked any type of priorities. There definitely needs tobe a strong Leader to come in and clean things up. Read more
I ordered from this location about an hour ago and just started eating it about 10 minutes ago. I find a BUG!!! (See picture... below). That is so disgusting and I almost literally threw up. I called to complain and the customer service agent joked with meabout the whole situation saying ?some people around the world want us to start eating bugs, but personally I?m not ready.?While offering me a refund I feel like after serving a customer a bug in your food you should do more than a customer serviceagent who jokes about the situation and only refunds the amount of the order!!! Tastes good! My visit was on Sunday morning 11:15 am. I got chicken bowl , white rice, black beans, fajitas, sour cream, mild,... medium, hot sauces, corn, and lettuce. Worst experience. Absolutely not worth to be part of Chipotle chain. To start with online order delivery was late. I had to wait... more than 20 min for food to arrive at shelf. When it came, veggie burrito bowl had chicken and we just had to throw it away.Kids menu didn?t have chips and juice but we paid the full price. It was pretty late in the night around 10.30 pm and I checkedthis only after returning to our hotel. And by then the restaurant was closed. Next day nobody picked up the phone! Read more
