i will never eat at this chipotle again, save your money !!! my boyfriend and i decided to go out to eat, the employees were so... MEAN and the staff seems so UNHAPPY (maybe it?s the MANAGEMENT) but the meat was UNDERCOOKED and the rice and chicken wereundercooked and HARD, GENERAL MANAGEMENT need to stop sitting around on their phones and actually TRAIN their employees BETTER(not the blaming the employee because i?m sure they are just doing what management reflects) not only that, why?s the storemanagers only hiring 16 years old and teenagers to run the store ?? ???????? I?ve been dining at this location for the past few years. I still eat there only because my husband gets his lunch from a... restaurant next door. I have to agree with the previous reviewer, this is one of the dirtiest Chipotles I have eaten at. Thefloors are always filthy and the window sills have bugs and food in them. The tables are ALWAYS dirty. Everytime I eat there Ihave to get paper towels and clean my own table. The tables outside are always dirty with utensils and trash on the ground. Theworst part is the bar area. It is always so disgusting! There is mildew on the drain grill, there is food and water in theutensil containers, food all over the drink bar. The trash cans are always overflowing. One time a homeless girl was in thereand she took her sandals off her feet and sat them on the bar. I was so disgusted so I told an employee and she said they wouldtake care of it. I ate my entire meal and they never came out to disinfect the bar. Gross! I honestly am concerned about thecleanliness of the ice/soda and fountain machines as well as the kitchen! The management at this location have poor attitudesand do not know the meaning of excellent customer service. They need to be trained bettered. There is an uneven sidewalkoutside. I tripped on it one day so I informed the manager and suggested it be fixed to prevent anyone else from getting hurt orat least mark it with yellow spray or something. Nothing. Informed a second manager a couple months later. Nothing. Guess if Iwould have sued it would have got someone?s attention. There is an employee(young African-American girl) who has been given amanagerial position I guess. She has a very bad attitude. She is very unfriendly and cold. She treats customers poorly. Theauthority has gone to her head. She should not be in a position like this. Decent staff but Dirty Atmosphere. The trashiest Chipotle. It?s the customers. Greedy and trash people. They leave trash outside... and dirty tables. Soda machines don?t work. Food portion is low. Bring in a regional manager and hire more and better managers! Kirkman ???? Read more

First, I'd like to start by saying that I love Chipotle's food. This location is horrendously awful and absolutely disgusting.... Like completely gross. The counter where they prepare the food is very dirty, caked with beans and cheese from hrs before. Thefloors are absolutely disgusting. The soda fountain was absolutely disgusting. Soda split everywhere and a mess you can tell wasthere for hours. Every single table was dirty. The silver ware was thrown everywhere. Facing up and facing down, and b who knowshow many hands have touched them. I wouldn't eat with them without personally washing the plastic silver ware and that's sadconsidering we just got it of a pandemic where people made a big deal about hygiene. I guess this place missed that. Now, what Idon't want to do is blame the very young untrained, both at their job and customer service, staff that was present. I saw a lotof them just not knowing what to do. What I didn't see was a manager. Therefore I'm putting the blame if this place being acomplete dumpster fire dump on the management, leadership, and corporate. I will be calling corporate about this. The food is quite good, however they don't follow a pattern in terms quantity of food per dish. Sometimes it comes a lot of it,... but some other times it's not enough. We never know how much food we're going to have. =/ Besides, tables, chairs and floor areusually dirty, with food spread over it. Read more

Very very little portion sizes for the price. Barely any meat in our bowls. Looks like a new girl was helping us at the time. We... asked for more meat and she barely put more on. Serving size was not correct even with asking for more meat. Read more
